@Jackson it should work at a minimum with OS supplied RDP tools. It does but not consistently, as in my previous comments. Maybe OP has crashes, I only see functional issues.

I certainly don't believe, I am sure others too, that Adobe should support every 3rd party remote access utility, that is ridiculous. The thing is if it works with Microsoft RDP or macOS Apple Remote, it will absolutely work with everything else.

Thanks for the links @Alesha Honnor! Will test.

I will add this should not be something that every user should need to do when everything was functioning completely within reason prior to some update that caused this regression defect. Even more so asking average users to start manipulating group policies, not everyone is comfortable making those types of changes.

Prior to 14.5.0 (build 51) I did not have any issue working through RDP over Cisco VPN (well it has been years) I am on a half-gig connection. Now "Program" monitor will not playback video. Timeline performance and playback is terrible compared to previous, frame view draws back abysmally slow, scaling timeline zoom affected too. Import issues with multi channel audio from Hyperdeck. These are the biggest workflow issues, I am left moving huge files to my local machine and then back.

EDIT: I just check against a previous version. Premiere Pro 13.1.5 (Build 47) ZERO issues what-so-ever. Fix your six, please. This is so aggravating, breaking what works.

This is a great request that is certainly something we want to implement. Rest assured our engineers DO understand the importance of this feature and how to get the job done. We also know that the performance and stability of the app should be our #1 priority and that is where our focus is right now.

Not that I am happy to see so many users frustrated with adobe’s performance/direction/focus, for the money my company pays per year in licenses for a “pro” set, we really could buy a pro tool set.
Taking two years to implement a change that a coder could literally do in a weeks worth of work shows you how broken poorly implemented agile methodologies are.
