    I found a working solution.

    The problem is your phone is recording most of the times in MP4 (H.264, HEVC and basically mov).
    Those files are not ideal for editing. They have variable frame rates.

    Please try this:
    1. Make a video en use premiere Rush, export and (hope) the video is out of sync. Ok thats a problem.

    2. Now export / convert the original video, i use iMovie on my iPhone.

    3. Replace in Rush the first file with this new file in Rush and export the Rush project again. I guess the video will now be in sync, because my video's are.

    You can play with your phone settings to get the right format so maybe there is a chance you wouldn't need to do this each time.

    Like to hear if you try this and what the outcome was.
