    They said they are not gonna fix this :(
    (and that we should calculate with ticks, which feels like a dirty hack, and you still have to handle the wrong precision)

    I can confirm this bug for PPro v14.5 with new world on and off on windows 10.

    Hey,
    thanks for commenting! :)

    ``marker.start`` cannot be modified by setting a time object, that does not work.
    ``marker.start.ticks`` does not change, no matter what I set it to.

    I could not find a workaround or a way to correct the marker timecode :(

    p.s: lol markdown works in the bug description but not in the comments :D

    I forgot to mention that I am working on PPro 14.3, because in 14.4 our panels do not work anymore.

    A workaround seems to be to use the ``project.rootItem`` for ``importFiles()``...
    The problem is that we can only import files to the root bin, but not into the selected bin with multiple projects opened.
    So this workaround is just a bad replacement for dirty-hotfixing ``getInsertionBin()``.

    I got into this problem while creating markers.
    I tried adding half a frame / quarter frame, but the values keep being tiny fractions and the marker shows between two frames in the timeline.
    It does not work, it is not possible. The fraction deviance is always there for certain frames and cannot be corrected.

    btw: clip.videoInPoint.frame_rate;
    videoInPoint does not exist and frame_rate does also not exist...
