Chromebook version
I have a pixelbook that allows me to download Android apps but the premiere Rush says it's not compatible with my device. So I'm unable to edit on my laptop which has a Chromebook (pixelbook).

PLEASE!! Most school districts only have Chromebooks for students so they can not use Premier Pro and without Rush the ONLY option out there is WeVideo

I would love to be able to edit all the educational and promotional videos I shoot on my new Pixel book. I was so disappointed to find that the amazing Premiere Rush app I have on my phone wasn't compatible with my Pixel book :/

Adobe, you should port Adobe Premiere Rush to Chromebooks, because it will bring world standard of video editing to fast growth segment of market. There is profitable for you and convenient for us. And it's very easy. Look at chromeos.dev

I am also having to scrape up editing station possibilities for my Chromebook users. If students find alternatives to the Adobe products they may not see the need to spend the money on Adobe software. Many of the techniques I teach are grounded in principles that can be applied regardless of the software you use. Please, rush Rush to the Chromebook.

Would be very keen to see a Chrome OS version of Premiere Rush. The lightweight nature of these devices lends itself perfectly to Rush.

We are not a large district, nor do we purchase a large number of licenses. However, all of the students that will be using Adobe product will have Chromebooks. With the realities of distance learning now being felt and the hamstrung capacity of rural districts with the significantly limited access to the internet realities for their students, having to option to use Adobe product via a Chromebook is a necessity. Please work diligently to make more product available for this platform.

Students who have access to Adobe CC at school could use Rush on their Chromebooks. During the COVID crisis, students in video production classes could use a video editor that works on their Chromebooks.

Please make Premiere Rush available for Chromebooks. My school district provides Chromebooks to students. I'm already grieving not being able to teach the standard Adobe Suite, but the mobile apps are helping somewhat with this. Why is there not a video production tool in the mobile apps suite?
It makes so much more sense, from a pedagogical and a career-aligned perspective, to keep teaching students on the platforms that they will encounter in college and beyond, rather than using simplified services like WeVideo.
Adobe, you've made a commitment to education, but unfortunately you haven't yet stretched far enough to make your products available to all students. So many schools are utilizing Chromebooks now-- an economical choice, but one that excludes your standard platform. Simply put, if you want students graduating from high school excited to keep creating in Adobe, you need to make sure they can access your tools, even from home.

This is a critical feature considering we have to do online distance learning and rely on chromebooks.

As a traveler I love to have more of the ability to work on a bigger screen. Since most travelers want to travel light weight this would be great opportunity for someone to work on a small project while they're on the move. Its nice to have something finished by the time they return home and not have a huge headache of trying to splice a bunch of things just as you get home. Phone is nice but to small of a screen. I will try screen sharing and see how that goes but it'll be greater help with something I can work on a laptop

Chromebooks are great inexpensive compact alternatives to a trad laptop when out and about, and the numbers are increasing rapidly. For some light work Rush is brilliant - but not on a cramped phone.
Getting it running on Chromebooks won't be a big step, and it would bring in a lot of new users.
Thanks! -

I am a teacher working in a 1:1 Chromebook environment, and our students would really benefit from the opportunity to use Rush. Plus, Adobe would benefit from the increased likelihood that students would continue to use Adobe products instead of something like Final Cut...
