Export failed for many times
The app provide 3times for free video exporting. I exported 3 times also can’t save to my phone and can’t share to any social media including YouTube and Facebook. I can’t share my video that edited for days, even can’t export it any more if I don’t upgrade the app. I’m worry about that if I spend and upgrade it I still can’t export any files.

Hi!
Rush supports 4 video and 3 audio layers on all platforms. All you need to do is click/tap and drag up or down to your desired layer. I hope that helps!

Video Flickering After Rendering
The exported/rendered video form Premier Rush flickers during video capture with iPhone 8 with the DJI GO app. Original data was used and no flickering occurred in the raw video clips or during editing or during the final product in Premier Rush. Only when the video was rendered the flickering appeared on the final product.

Unable to add titles in Rush
Unable to add titles in Windows 10. The title block appears in the timeline but unable see the default text to edit.

Why do I need to post my videos on major sites instead of my own?
I'd like to simply save my rendered files on my harddrive without posting to your limited choices.

You can save to your local hard drive or Camera Roll/Gallery in Rush.
On Desktop:
1. Go to Share
2. Enable “Local” and set your desired location
3. Select ExportYour video is saved to the set location.
On iOS/Android:
1. Go to Share
2. Tap on ExportYour video is saved to your Camera Roll/Gallery

Movable Titles
It would be helpful if we could move our titles manually on the screen!

I can't even log in without the app crashing.
Every time I try to log into the app on Android, it always brings me back to the log in screen. The app then crashes and closes itself. Every time this happens. I have had the same issue on every version I have had installed. I did log an error and sent a screen shot video of what happens.
- What device/computer do you have? Samsung Note 9
- What iOS/OS is your device/computer running? Android version 9
- What steps did you take the led up to the crash? I'm just trying to log into the app.

go back to the old rush. now i cannot save videos to my phone? why is that i don't want to publish to social media.
let me save to my phone camera roll as i cannot do this anymore. i do not wish to publish to social media.

Rush always saves a copy of your video to the Camera Roll/Gallery after rendering.
Here’s how it works:
1. Tap on the Share button
2. Tap ExportOnce the rendering is complete, the rendered file is saved to your Camera Roll/Gallery. We then give you options to publish to multiple social destinations.

Functional problems
I had problems since I bought the program, as it closed continuously, first every 5 minutes, then every 3, then every two and now it doesn't let me work even 30 seconds. Is there anything I can do or definitely just cancel the program?

How to remove the titles transitions?
I just want to put subtitles on my video, I don't want the titles transitions that comes with them.
3 votesSorry for the delayed response Rodrigo. To remove a transition that is automatically applied to your title, simply split the clip ( use scissors) right after the fade occurs and delete the unwanted section.

Hello yes. I’ve used this app two times and payed my time. It has been taking money and I’ve been trying to contact you guys.
Today I tried to make it useful and use it then it turns out that I’ve “reached my export limit”. So I have been paying for who? If it turns out that I can’t even use it. Please reply.months of money are gone to waste.
