  1. Fix bugs causing app to crash

    App crashes within seconds of opening it. Some days it works but more times than not it crashes

  3. Rendering is too slow

    HI!
    Rush is great and most helpful in those times of remote teaching. Unfortunately, the last version 1.5.38 is rendering much, much more slowly than the previous one (my estimate is a factor of 3 slower).
    I'm using it on W10 on an i7-8700 with 32GB RAM and SSD disks.

  4. Blank video

    Hi, I imported a video movie from Iphone which was already edited with music in InShot. In P R I hear only the music, but no the video pictures.
    I did it on PC for the first time in trial version. So I have used my first export option and it is blank. How to fix it?

  5. No longer works after update

    Just updated to new version of Rush, now i can't do anything. Doesn't sync—just hangs on leaving screen; or create new projects, I can't do anything. On Google Pixel 3 XL

  7. Adjust music speed

    When I import a music tract to play in the background, Premiere Rush speeds it up and there is no way to slow the tempo down

  9. I can't even log in without the app crashing.

    Every time I try to log into the app on Android, it always brings me back to the log in screen. The app then crashes and closes itself. Every time this happens. I have had the same issue on every version I have had installed. I did log an error and sent a screen shot video of what happens.

    1. What device/computer do you have? Samsung Note 9
    2. What iOS/OS is your device/computer running? Android version 9
    3. What steps did you take the led up to the crash? I'm just trying to log into the app.

  10. Trying to teach app to students - crashes for everyone - very frustrating

    I'm trying to teach my students to use Rush, but it constantly crashes. My goal was to start with Rush (which I was introduced to at AdobeMAX), then move on to Premiere Pro, to give students less of a learning curve. From past posts, here are the details of our computers. All of us are on the same computers.

    1. What computer are you using? Lenovo Yoga 370
    2. Do you know the GPU? Intel Graphics 620, 128 MB display RAM
    3. What did you shoot the footage on? It was downloaded from VideoBlocks

  11. Change preview speed

    Being able to change the preview speed, to preview at 1.5x speed for example.

    You can preview your video at various speeds using JKL keys.

    Pressing the J key once will play your video backward at regular speed. The speed will increase by the number of times you press the J key. The same is true using the L key. This plays your video forward. The more taps the faster is plays up to 32x! Tapping on the K key will pause playback.

  12. Stop it crashing on iPhone 6

    Rush shows lots of promise, but crashes during editing and exporting a simple 18sec clip on an iPhone 6.

  13. Bug?

    So basically whenever I add enough titles, the editing screen goes completely white, and I can't see what I'm editing. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

  14. Performance

    I have not synced this app with Lightroom cc - why does it try to connect to anything outside my phone when I am trying to load any media. Proven through my standard use of VPN blocking this app from working

  15. Only opens once

    I can only use the app one time. Once I close the app, it doesn’t open again unless I delete the app and download it again from the App Store. I’m a heavy Premiere Pro and Lightroom user and want to be able to use Rush on my phone, but it’s complete implausible to have to delete and download the app every time I want to use it. Any thoughts on how to fix it?
