  1. NATIONAL USA American Legion presentation in product and its not working!

    After rendering in every way possible, it says no internet connection likes it's by default to prevent sharing... I even upgraded storage and rendered in every setting... I am trying to show leaders of American leaders all around the country at this national convention this product example.. with content I just captured.. and this failed... please call me with immediate fix 4123780321 to make sharing work! Daily clip recap is already done

  2. terrible playback quality

    My video won't play without skipping, lagging, repeating the last half second it just played, etc... is it a bug? What's wrong?

  3. Latest version crashes on iPhone XR

    Despite the update... Getting tired 😓 of this. How comes a few dollars costing app like InShot operates flawlessly on my iPhone XR?

  4. Terrible playback

    The playback quality is absolutely awful and is laggy and skips parts. I see quite a few people have this issue but no one has helped. I have an iPad Air if that helps

  5. Reduce crashing to less than 20 times creating a 3 minute clip. Crash reports sent. This is Beta at best, I find it ridiculous to charge

    Don’t charge until stable, very bitter it crashes so much, especially when people want me to teach how I make clips on it. Using a mobile phone that crashes then recovers multiple times per minute is stupid.

    Your basically using people like myself pay to be testers with no advantage to myself, a massive benefit I guess in Millions to Adobe.

    Suggest you sack the marketing manager.

    My frames on mobile are very slow and laggy and I wonder if there is a reason for it being laggy or is there a way I can change it

  7. [BUG] Splitting a clip with speed

    Splitting a clip with speed changed, on the non-sped area will result in a clip with a wrong speed. The new clip should have speed 100%. Check video for info.

  8. I can't even log in without the app crashing.

    Every time I try to log into the app on Android, it always brings me back to the log in screen. The app then crashes and closes itself. Every time this happens. I have had the same issue on every version I have had installed. I did log an error and sent a screen shot video of what happens.


    1. What device/computer do you have? Samsung Note 9

    2. What iOS/OS is your device/computer running? Android version 9

    3. What steps did you take the led up to the crash? I'm just trying to log into the app.

  9. GPU acceleration!!

    this doesn't seem to use GPU acceleration at all. the Windows task manager shows CPU usage pegged at 100% on playback, and no GPU usage at all. even with low quality playback selected, this is slow and hardly usable.

  10. I have the paid adobe rush and it keeps crashing

    It’s so frustrating, I choose a video I just made and want to edit but it doesn’t load. It is 5 minutes long

  12. App on my Galaxy S10+ is slow and very laggy.

    The first time I used the app, it crashed. I went to close it, resulting in my phone crashing (the first time this has happened since I got it). The animations and very stuttery in the app and overall it is very laggy and buggy.

  13. Improve Performance

    I have a pretty good laptop that runs Adobe Premiere CC 19 smoothly, full quality 1080p preview, but i can't play more than 2 seconds of PROXIES in Rush. Terrible and useless. Can't use this software for basically... nothing.

  14. app crash after editing "big" project

    I finish doing a >6min video 480Mb. I can export it to YT and I am happy. I then try to reopen the app and it simply crash, (can not open the app).

    I delete the app from my iphone and reinstall it to make it work.

    iphone 8 running ios 12.1.2
    editing 1080p 30fps from osmo pocket.
    All videos are from 10sec to 1min and final video under 7min
    I have 10-20gb free on iphone.

  15. Stop the continuous crashing

    Used to love Rush. Now it sucks!! Restarted my iPhone X 4 times. Deleted the app and reinstalled. Still crashes while editing my clip. Very poor experience Adobe! What’s worse is that I pay for a CC subscription. That burns you know what! Will look for another app that’s more stable. Support your products Adobe! C’mon.

  19. I wish the App would not quit when closing a project window.

    Ideal: Closing a project does not quit the app, it just closes the project. The current behavior –besides being utterly annoying because the app does not start up "in a flash"– is not quite the standard MacOS behavior. Please fix.

  20. Crashing once video starts playing

    Hi, This keeps happening! Once I open Rush on my PC (Windows 10, everything up to date, high powered PC), I can press "play" and it plays, but nothing else happens! I can't stop the video, I can't press any of the buttons or menus, not even the X to close it down. I have to right click the icon on my task bar and "close" or use Ctrl+Alt+Esc to do the same.

    This happened ages ago, and I downloaded the latest RUSH app updates, as recommended by Adobe Staff but I am all up to date now. Any ideas,…
