  1. Crashes Constantly

    This app crashes constantly. Editing 4K/60 footage shot in my iPhone XR and the app crashes regularly during editing/exporting. Needs work.

  2. Alot of stuck frames in the video

    First of all it took 60 min to render the video and that too I had to keep the app ON screen...The rendered video has a lot of stuck frames in it and is giving a pathetic feel... Didn't expect this from a Adobe product

  3. Very slow Play / Pause

    When I pause playback, I have to wait for the program to "Catch up" to play it again. Sometimes as much as a 30 second wait. I dont think I have a very slow computer either. 2018 MacBook Pro 15in i7 6 core CPU. Less of an idea and more of an optimization fix. This problem does not occur in Premiere Pro with the same clip. I just would rather use Rush since I just have to make simple edits.

  4. Why does Rush crash?

    My version of Rush 'doesn't answer' if I try to get rid of the info line (3 free versions, more info/upgrade). I can't play clips in my project either or use any fuctions in the program. It's totally frozen. I then have to use Windows Job List to close the program. I use the latest version (1.5.2).
    I have tried to delete and reinstall Rush without any changes. Any others with this problem?

  6. Crashes all the time

    The Rush keeps crashing all the time. I use it on my IPhone X, 4K 60fps clips
    It crashes almost every 30 seconds and even crashes when I try to save. And I bought the upgrade. But can’t do nothing

  7. Rush is rushing to crash

    Hi,
    I’m using Rush on my iPhone 7 Plus with 256GB memory, and free space on phone is around 120GB, I have used the built in camera option with 1080p 60fps, I have captured about 20 minutes continuous video, all is great Until I started jump cutting and removing the spaces of my breath between the desired parts of the video, it gets out of the application to the main phone screen, in which I have to click again and resume the project, the good part is that it keeps and saves the recent command (Such as my last cut). …

  10. Fix bugs in title editing

    When editing titles, changes made to the font selection, font size, color, and other details don't always save. When you move to working in a new area, changes weren't saved and have reverted to original default settings, or something close to what you selected but not quite.

  11. Improve video upload rendering quality

    I am using an iPad Pro 12.9 and recording video using 1080p 30fps on DSLR. My video image quality is great, prior to uploading into Rush. A quick preview of these raw videos show great quality on the iPad screen. As soon as I upload my video, the quality degrades to embarrassing levels. What can I do to possibly increase the video quality? By the time I edit and export my video, the quality is so bad, I debate even releasing my content. The export quality is maxed out. Am I the only one that experiences this?

  12. Playing sound through Apple AirPods doesn't work

    Sound is not playing through my Apple AirPods while preview clip on MacBookPro 15-inch, 2018. MacOS High Sierra. Despite AirPods are chosen as an output sound device, sound is playing through internal Speakers. Playing other media in other applications is ok - through AirPods.

  14. Samsung Dex

    For Samsung devices(specifically, the Note and S series), you should optimize the app mostly for samsung dex since it is a much better experience to work from a monitor when editing videos. This would also allow for some features exclusive to dex mode since there are just some things a monitor screen can display well that a phone or tablet just doesn't.

  17. Audio but no Video

    I'm able to see video clips in the editing section, but when I try to play them in the workspace, I only hear adobe - no video or images appear. How can I fix this issue?

  18. Fix this gray screen

    This has to be the worst program I've ever purchased. I regret every cent of it. It's constantly crashing and my projects hardly ever show up. I constantly get a gray screen where my projects should be. I've had to constantly release my things late because of this.

  19. Magnetic timeline/ play head for speedy editing

    Please add magnetic snapping in between clips and for frame scrubbing when you are all the way zoomed in. To take it a step further you can take advantage of the haptic engine of mobile devices to better provide feedback

  20. Allow Canceling of Optimization & Smart Optimization Idea

    When adding a clip, Rush will begin to optimize them. However, there isn't an option to cancel this process. In addition, Rush does not check to see if a clip has already been added, causing an unnecessary, second optimization process. Even after deleting a cip from the Project Assets, this process will continue. My suggestions:


    1. Have Rush check to see if that exact clip has been added already. If so, notify the user and save them some time/computing power.

    2. Add a button that allows for pausing or canceling the optimization of a clip.
