  1. Rush does not work on Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus for 3 (three) months

    Rush does not work on Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus for 3 (three) months. I pay for my Creative Cloud account, I have a high-end mobile phone and when I open the Rush it crashes. I repeat, everything is worth less Rush and 3 months ago, and worst of all, if I don't pay, they claim me every day, and I pay my bill every day!

  5. Its no longer working on any of my Windows 10 computer.

    I only get a spinning blue on my projects page. I have attempted all trouble shooting ideas on the group. nothing has worked. I don't want to start looking for another program. So frustrated, I was just thinking of adding t he Pro but don't want to be stuck to my Iphone

  8. Problems with Adobe Premiere Rush for Samsung

    I've used Adobe Premiere Rush for Samsung for almost a year, but since the end of April, I couldn't use it in my Galaxy S10 or Galaxy Note 10. The app crashes and closes after a few minutes. I've tried to solve this problem with the support but they said that my subscription only gives the benefit of the desktop version, even tough I have proved that I'm allowed to use both version, desktop and mobile, as shown in my Adobe Account Page, and confirmed with Adobe itself.   10. Chromebook version

    I have a pixelbook that allows me to download Android apps but the premiere Rush says it's not compatible with my device. So I'm unable to edit on my laptop which has a Chromebook (pixelbook).

  11. Please Add Note 20 Ultra Support

    I just upgraded my Creative Cloud account and I'm very disappointed to see that Premiere Rush will not work on my Note 20 Ultra. Please make it compatible.

  13. You guys are the experts no one knows

    iTunes music playing in the background, because background refresh is useless except to the people using it to message one another while I’m busy… So take those one’s ***** and use background refresh for Adobe apps on iTunes competent playlists simultaneously.

  15. Stop fixing whats not broken

    It worked fine of the Google Pixel for a year or more and suddenly its "not supported" when i report it crashing. Undo whatever you did. You clearly did something in the update back in March that has F-ed those of us on the Google Pixel. Fix it

  20. I thought it could be synchronized

    I started on phone, just imported videos. Then editing on ipad unttil export. Now I thought it could appears in phone in the same state like it is edited in tablet, but it is not. Why it is not synchronized? It is just 10kb data about where was cuted, where was set faster speed, but the same data, the same footages in both devices. It should synchronize - or if it is like this, where I make mistake? In phone i have it still like in begining. I am on wifi and also cellular I allowed. I have free neverending…
