  1. I cannot export my video !!

    When I want to export my video the app crashing !!! Even if I changed into any other resolution !! I paid for this app and I worked many hours to edit that video and I cannot export it !!! Unfair !! Unprofessional!!

  2. I cannot not render my video! Plenty of space!!

    I have been trying to render and export my video on the mobile app for 4 hours!!!!! It’s trapped in RUSH and it will just crash at 50%. There has to be a we to get this video out. Please advise!

  3. I upgraded rush but still unable to upload or share my video

    Please rectify the issue else refund money back . Spent so much time creating video . But I spite of paying not able to export it . Please fix issue asap

  4. Video cannot render

    I am trying to export at 5 min video but every time it is about to finish, it tells me that the video failed to render. I am usually able export longer videos, but it won’t work for this one.

  7. Export to device and not a social media platform...

    You haven’t fixed it so reposting. I don’t want to EVER post a video to facebook before I’m able to have a copy for myself on my iPad.

    Hi Rachael,

    Rush does save to your Camera Roll first. Here’s how it works:

    1. Tap on the Share button
    2. Tap Export

    Once the rendering is complete, the rendered file is saved to your Camera Roll. We then give you options to publish to multiple social destinations.

  8. Crash when exporting

    Premiere crash when I try to export my video. I hope they fix this issue asap, I had a deadline that I missed because of this.

  9. Do not use AUTOMATIC video quality.

    I have been having the same issue as a lot of others on here. I try to export only to have it fail and say "something went wrong", UNTIL I started changing the video quality to 1080 match frame rate.
    This is the setting above the "EXPORT" button right before the video starts rendering. It is set (as a default) to automatic, i changed it and my vids now export without errors. Hope this helps you, and adobe hopefully you can fix the bug.

  10. Export

    Every time I go to export a video my file becomes pixelated and any title. It is also pulling from other files that aren’t being used in my video. Please fix this error as it has persisted for several weeks

  11. Allow Rush to Export to Gallery

    Rush only allows you to export to a different social media, and using Rush on a school issued iPad doesn’t let you visit those sites. It would be great to be able to export straight to the iOS or Android Gallery so you can freely share your video from there.

    Hi Yeet,

    On iOS and Androiod, Rush will always save a copy of your video to the Camera Roll/Gallery on export. Here’s how it works:

    1. Tap on the Share button
    2. Tap Export

    Once the rendering is complete, the rendered file is saved to your Camera Roll/Gallery. We then give you options to publish to multiple social destinations.

  14. 4K please we are past 1080p quit playing

    Please allow us to export in all file format including 4K we are way past 1080p and if I’m gonna be paying for this app monthly I expect the best experience I love the app it’s easy to use but imagine the disappointment when you’ve finished an entire project and get slapped with 1080p

    Thanks for the added details, Daniel. That is expected behavior. Automatic will match your sequence settings (in this case 4k) if you want to down res to 1080p you have those options in the dropdown menu.

    If there are other settings you want, please create a new request detailing the settings/behavior you’re looking for.

  16. Export failed for many times

    The app provide 3times for free video exporting. I exported 3 times also can’t save to my phone and can’t share to any social media including YouTube and Facebook. I can’t share my video that edited for days, even can’t export it any more if I don’t upgrade the app. I’m worry about that if I spend and upgrade it I still can’t export any files.

  18. Why do I need to post my videos on major sites instead of my own?

    I'd like to simply save my rendered files on my harddrive without posting to your limited choices.

    Hi,

    You can save to your local hard drive or Camera Roll/Gallery in Rush.

    On Desktop:
    1. Go to Share
    2. Enable “Local” and set your desired location
    3. Select Export

    Your video is saved to the set location.

    On iOS/Android:
    1. Go to Share
    2. Tap on Export

    Your video is saved to your Camera Roll/Gallery

  19. go back to the old rush. now i cannot save videos to my phone? why is that i don't want to publish to social media.

    let me save to my phone camera roll as i cannot do this anymore. i do not wish to publish to social media.

  20. Would love to be able to export to a file and not only on social media!

    If there’s a way to export to a file, not just via social media, I don’t see it. This would make Rush much more flexible and useful for me at least.!

    Rush will always save a copy to your Camera Roll (iOS) or Gallery (Android) when you export your video. Once the export is complete, we then give you options to publish to other destinations. Please let us know if this is not working for you.
