  1. Fix the endless crashing and export errors

    Your sh**y software crashes non-stop. I have attempted using it on multiple devices with the same result. $10/month subscription is THEFT since the program DOES NOT WORK.

  2. Have a way for us to save the video to our phones

    There should be a way to copy the link for the video for us to post it to different social media’s and send in text messages and emails.

  3. Add a feature to lower the quality of the video

    like to be able to send a video to a friend via email, but all my videos are too big. I would like the ability to lower the quality or size for cell phones

  4. Clip black screen after export

    Footages from my second phone just become black screen after export. Please help. The problem starts happening only after the recent update. My first phone is iPhone and the second is Android. I use both for filming.

  7. can't export both iphoneX and windows desktop

    App crashes every time when I export the video, and after the update on 2020/6/6, the computer cannot successfully run this program, even play or review the video I made from App, not to mention export that video!
    Fortunately, when RUSH goes smooth, it can export video to my iphoneX, but when I check that video, it had Abnormal pictures.
    A broken file equal nothing. It drives me crazy!
    The export problem exists a long time, I haven't seen any improvement from Adobe. I have lost faith in it!
    No solution, I will consider replacing RUSH to another App.

  8. export adds and issues

    Need to add export for embed into website.

    Multiple video in preview not the same as export version. I can not find a logic to adjust this condition.

  10. Please can we have multiple exports, and ability to export and work on another project

    I am new to Rush, but I am bored waiting for projects to be exported in a rather long winded process, and while its exporting I don't seem to be able to work on another project, and have to babysit the current export before I can do anything else, Please fix this

  11. Add More Export Options

    Please add more comprehensive export options such as H265.mp4, H265.mov, H264.mp4, Pores 444 please add 8 or 10 bit colour, and please allow us to chose a custom bitrate we should go as high as 100mpps.

  12. Video doesn't get rendered

    My video of 3 mins took 2 hours to get almost 80% rendered and the app crashed
    It happened for 3 times.

    It took me 3 hours to edit it
    I am on an Android device hope you fix this asap

  13. Problem With Export!

    I have been trying to export my video now for the last 21 hours. It shows rendering and it is very slow. I started at 1 pm on 04/16/2020 and now it is 10:15 am on 04/17/2020 and it is still rendering and I have 71 hours to go. I have an updated software. What use is a software if it will take two days or more to just export one video? Any suggestion how to fix this?

    Problem Details:
    1. Microsoft Surface Pro Laptop.
    2. Windows 10.
    3. PR v1.5.8 (last update received).
    4. Screen shot attached.

  14. I had the trial version with every intention of getting the paid one, but spent hours waiting for the video to render/publish to get error

    Make it work, not repeat when you've already rendered when you get to publish and then not show error sign after basically half a day working on a time limited product. Thought this was meant to be a brand leader.

  15. Rendering is an impossible move

    I can’t export or render my project on iPad it s not got solved with upgrade either, please fix it it s terrible situation for this kind of app

  17. Crash

    The app crashes every time I try to export or delete something that I don’t need in the app of rush.So I advise you look into it and make sure that there isn’t any problems.I also crash a lot when I try to add media to a video so please fix this.

  18. how to reduce file size

    I can't seem to find a way to export less than 1GB. Does anyone know the best way to reduce?
