Rush is super buggy
I am experiencing rush crashing multiple times just using the cut and scrub tool. This is unacceptable for a app the code should be flushed out. Yall suck.
1 voteI’m sorry Rush has had stability issues for you. We’d love to help work through this and figure out the issue. Please reach out to our support team with your system information and specific steps on how to reproduce the problem.

Split clip feature
Most video editing apps have a split-clip button to split the video frame and add a transition at the split point. I’m not seeing this in Adobe Premiere Rush.
1 voteHello Sean,
Rush has this feature. Look for the scissors button. On iPad and Desktop, it’s on the left side of the app.
On mobile, it’s on the bottom bar (you may need to scroll to the right to see it.Cheers!

Changing the speed, creating animations and gaps.
I couldnt create any keyframe to animate the scale of my title. And I couldnt find any tool to change my clips speed. I loved the color tool but had trouble copying any adjustment to my other clips. This app has a great potencial to be the best to make edits on the run. Lovin it.
254 votesHi all,
Thanks very much for adding your support for this request. Since changing speed has been added to Rush (version 1.2), I am going to close this request. In the future, please add individual requests so the team can prioritize them for development.
The other request in here was keyframes – You can add your support for that request here:

Android functionality like Apple IOS
I have viewed tutorials for rush where the teacher shows the app in a iPhone. Being an Android user I found the app to function differently. In my opinion, the iPhone app appears easier to use than the android version. Perhaps the same editing tools functionality of iPhone rush app can be applied to Android rush app

Horrible user experience if on your iPhone.
Please use the Splice app for inspiration regarding useability and ease of use. Currently the Rush app is much too cumbersome and difficult to use compared to the Splice app.
1 voteThanks for writing in Sam. We appreciate your feedback. We look forward to continually improving the experience in Rush.
Cheers!

scale more than 200 percent
Hi!
When I add FHD video in 4k project, scale is 200.
And if I need to repair horizon line by rotating, I need to zoom little bit more. Thanks3 votesHi Dmitry!
Thanks for writing in. You can scale beyond 200% by selecting the image in the monitor and drag on desktop or pinch and zoom on mobile the blue bounding box.
Hope this helps!

Split / Expand clips.
The ability to return clips to full lengths the same way they can be truncated would be good, and a split at cursor button would be a bonus!
8 votesHi all,
Please see the response by Geetanjali.

Allow a photo to overlay the video
I cut out a photo and would like to overlay it over the video so you can watch the video but see the picture.
27 votesHi All,
As noted in previous comments, you can add stills photos, images, and titles above the bottom track. Rush supports up to 4 video and 3 audio tracks on all platforms.
If you have any issues please let us know on UserVoice or file a bug here: http://adobe.ly/rushbug

Ability to cut videos
By cutting a video it will help in adding seperate captions easily.. Like we have in imovie.. Rest the app is nice.. So far didnt go much into the depth of it. Will do shortly. We can have many captions and shrink them to adjust according to requirement but the option of cutting a video clip in many parts should be there.. More versatility. Thanks
5 votesHi all!
This ability to split clips has been available since Rush 1.0.
Please refer to this page for guidance.

Hi Pim,
I’m sorry Rush has not been running smoothly on your device. Would you mind giving us a bit more information so we can understand why you are seeing these issues?
It should only take you a couple of minutes.

increase length of picture
It would be so helpful in rush to be able to increase the length of time the static picture would increase or decrease to by grabbing the left or right handles (missing from a picture, but available in a video on the timeline. You can duplicate them over and over but that is not a good option.

Hi all,
You can do this today in Rush. Simply select the clips in each layer and then place the playhead (blue line) where you want to split the clips and then select the split clip button and the clip on each layer will be split at the same time.

Ability to edit offline
Unable to use offline - really? iMovie can. Sometimes I’m at the beach or up a hill or on a plane and want to edit offline; sorry to be facetious but you do know that outside California moble web is expensive & slow?
4 votesHi All,
As noted in my original comment, Rush allows you to edit offline. The Internet is only required to first launch Rush to sign in. Once signed in, you can use Rush offline for 30 days before having to sign in again. Once you sign in again, you can use the app without internet for another 30 days.
Hope this helps!

Option to delete clip from timeline
There's no option to delete a clip once it is added on the timeline. It is one of the basic requirements and i'm surprised how it was not included.
2 votesThanks for your feedback.
You can delete a clip from the timeline by long-pressing (mobile) or right-clicking (Desktop) and selecting Delete Clip from the context menu or selecting the trashcan icon.
