Currently the only Caption Cards that are available have some level of animation to it. Whether it's a drop down/up, etc.
It would be nice if we could have one that just acted like an image, where it just appears up with the user/editer being able to choose which transition to apply to it.

Either that or an option to remove the Graphic animation.
