How can we improve Premiere Rush?

Relocate the library folder

Enable Premiere Rush to relocate the library folder, which is located in the Documents folder by default on MacOS. With Apple iCloud sync enabled, all Premiere Rush cache files are constantly syncing and take up a lot of space.
