Change the Aspect Ratio per clip

Could Adobe Rush be programmed so you can change the aspect ratio for individual clips instead of the whole video?

I gather video from my friends iphone and my gopro and need to flip from 4:5 to 16:9 on specific clips or vice-versa, this would be a very handy feature :-)
