Add own music
Why won’t my phone find downloaded music. I have turned on sync and have it on my desktop folder via iPhone. Need resolved ASAP.
Hoping these videos will help you find the various ways you can add your personal soundtracks in to Rush
Importing from your device:
1. Click the blue + icon and select Your Media
2. Select Audio to access songs on your device (note: that the song must be downloaded first from Music)
You can also access audio from iOS Files, Dropbox and Creative Cloud.
This video provides additional tip to access music from external sources
Importing from thousands of Rush soundtracks:
1. Click the + icon in the left toolbar and select Audio.
2. You can quickly search for in-built audio within Premiere Rush using keywords. The results include matching titles, artists, genres and categories.

Yep, I agree, the "royalty-free" it's a trick to appeal to the user. But, as we know, all the good quality needs to be paid. I'm working as a video creator, but not in an agency, on my own. I also beneficiates from free royalty free music and sound effects on https://depositphotos.com/music.html by paying monthly 19 $. My clients are satisfied with my works. And to tell you a tip, the music is doing all the work in a commercial. The music appeals and gets attention. So, sometimes it takes me two hours to choose a suitable song to be played.

Why is it not possible to add music from your own media files?? I have original music I paid someone to create for me, but there is no way to import that as my music for my video. Makes NO sense you'd not make that option. And if you do, it's not easy to find how to do this. Very frustrating app to use.

The biggest yet easiest update for this is to add your own music to the videos I think that it would be the top priority update because it is the most needed in this editor. This editor has a lot of important features but it does not have what others do which is adding your own music from files.

Either being able to add audio from a different source and attaching it or being able to add music to the video.
Songs that appear dimmed need to be downloaded to your device before they can be used in Rush. Go the Music app to download the song.
Songs from an Apple Music subscription cannot be used because they are protected by digital rights management (see details below). In order to use songs from Apple Music, they need to be purchased.
Details about digital rights management (DRM) can be found here:

According Admin I have followed up this link, PR is self explaining, anyway I used this link below.
By openening the folder of musics, I see the titles but I can’t add to my video. Only few titles are available to add.
I think being able to add you own audio from camera roll would be a great aspect to add to this app
Please see this link for details on how to import on the desktop and mobile devices.
