I use keyboard short cuts A LOT.
When a text item on the timeline is under the cursor it automatically selects the text of that item on the timeline (it was not always like this).
This means that when the video is playing and I want to pause or play (space) or zoom in or out on the timeline (+/- keys) the text in the text item is replaced with the key I pressed.

This has reduced productivity significantly, because I now have to undo the text edit first before I can carry on (That's if I notice that my text was edited)
