Yes, please support HDR video from iPhone 12 or your app is useless.

I'm going to unsubscribe from the Adobe Rush app unless I can import iPhone 12 video.

I am also having this issue with adobe premiere. And im also having issues with premiere pro. i have found an issue when i record a video with iphone 12 pro and trim the original on the phone it doesnt work on premiere pro when i export it, the only way ive found to fix it was to go back to the orginal file and revert to original then when i trimmed it this time i saved as a new video and that got around it but it was a few hours of headaches before i figured that out so there is also an issue when importing files that have been trimmed on the iphone 12 pro into adobe premiere Pro.

Getting the same error working with MP4 clips exported from Premiere Pro on Mac Book Pro and transferred to iPhone 12Pro via AirDrop.
IOS version 14.2.1
Rush version 1.5.38.
(Ironically none of this seems very Pro)

I have the same problem. I hope it’s fixed soon. It’s been a real pain in the neck to try and convert my HDR videos to a supported format. I find that my quality decreases and that’s not fun. Hope it’s fixed soon!

Following! I’m currently paying for this reason only! I really picked a bad time to start a YouTube channel!

Import video format
We're sorry for this inconvenience. We're working as fast as we can to add support to the latest HDR format from Apple. For now, the solution is to disable HDR format in your device's Settings.
Open Settings > Camera > Record Video, then toggle off the switch next to "HDR Video."

Je confirme, je n’arrive pas non plus à importer mes vidéos prises avec l’iPhone 12 pro ...

This app is useless now. All my videos on my iPhone 12 pro use a different format which your product needs to support. I can't import videos nor does it make sense to convert them.

I cannot import video from IPhone 12 on latest version downloaded of Rush 8th Nov 20. Error says incompatible media type.
