Loading error
I don’t know if it’s just me, but graphics do not load. I’ve tried deleting and redownloading apps so many times but don’t work :(

It's not just you. I can't get the graphics to fully load either.

After updating Premiere Rush I have the same problem. Try to add a graphic and I get only empty tiles with a moving gradient as if they are loading. Checked WIFI and even used a cable connection but no result.
Does someone have the solution? -

I have the same problem since the update - the graphics and titles are just not loading :/

After aprox 4 weeks no Tiles it solved itself.
I cannot remember if there was an update.
And until today everything works okay again. -

Same. No Titles, Transition Graphics or Overlays

All titles were working fine, then I updated the APP and now I get nothing. I go to graphics, then insert graphic and from there I get blank boxes. No titles, no transition graphics, no overlays. I wish I hadn't updated. I have good internet connection, have waited over 10 minutes, have re-signed in. Not sure what else to do.

Same issue. Happened only after Rush updated to newer layout (within the last week, approximately) All other features are working fine (cropping, overdubbing, changing aspect ratio, exporting clip, etc)
I'm able to select a title graphic, I get a pause with the little blue circle showing it appears to be loading, but then I'm put back to the project screen and nothing has been added.

That's odd. This is going to sound obvious but have you verified your internet connection?
Have you tried waiting 30 seconds or more?
Signing out and back in?Let us know and we'll look into it. Haven't seen that issue yet.
