If you are unable to export from your iOS device successfully, if possible, please try exporting from Rush on Desktop or Android. We understand this is not ideal, but I hope it can unblock you for the time being.

I'm on Android and the last 2 videos I've exported that are 10 minutes have glitches in the last 2 minutes. Source files are fine! I tried reloading the source file, rebooted the phone and app, and rendered it 4 times. It's still glitching in the last 2 minutes. This has happened before and is quite frustrating. For a short 3 minute video, no problem. And worse, even though I supposedly synced the files with adobe CC, the files are not there! So I can't try to fix it on the desktop! Is there a solution to this glitching problem in the phone??

I'm getting glitches in exporting video, with many weird flashes too, and I've exported from Rush on desktop on a mac. How can this be fixed?

None of these solutions have worked for me on 3 minute video. Unable to render message. Very glitchy in previews on every device. Occasionally plays trough perfectly but still unable to export.

Hi, I just paid for Rush, but i am getting a msg to upgrade, as below. I am working from my iPad. I didn’t have this issue with the 3 free trials. Help!!
