Support VR videos
Premiere rush doesnt support gopro or insta360 vr videos. Using Gopro vr plug ins with premiere rush would be excellent

Please add 360 video edit support.
Or, at least make it possible to export one.
It can import 5.7k 360 video, so at least make it possible to export it without losing the 350 video metadata. -

Agreed. Premiere pro is crazy monthly expense for the occasional 360 home video

It works for editing 360 footage, but I can only export in 16:9.
A 2:1 export, or just the option to export the same ratio as the import would fix this.

Yep!! This!!
When I import footage in a 2:1 ratio I want to export it in a 2:1 ratio.

Hi there!
You can edit video offline on Rush. You need internet to sign in but after that, you can run Rush offline for at least 30 days before after to be connected to the internet again.
Support for 360 videos isn't on our shortlist currently but we're keeping on an eye on the demand for it. Premiere Pro works great for 360 videos. If you haven't tried it out you should give it a go.
Best,
PG

There needs to be a simple way for students and less expert users to take consumer 360 video, cut it, and export it. Most of the tools that come with the consumer cameras are not that good. This could fill that gap.

Given that there is a major focus on 360 video content and so many consumer-friendly 360 cameras readily available (even Premiere Pro CC supports 360 editing), it would be a good add to have it in Premiere Rush.
