Very poor syncing. Revamp and start from scratch
I have created a project on my smartphone and there is nothing I can do to get it to sync correctly with my Creative Cloud account. On the first try - on my cellphone ONLY - the footage came up as disconnected (red screen with an exclamation mark). The files are right there on my device and they can't connect. After several tries, leaving Creative Cloud running on my PC, it got 2 of 7 clips to sync, but after that, I don't even have an option to sync. Perhaps it's an update or some other issue, but it's completely turned me off this software. In previous versions I have gotten it to work but not any more.
