Erin. When you went back to 1.5, did you have to pay again??

I went back to version 1.5 (I was on 1.5+). All my projects were still there and I was able to export with no issues.

If I uninstall the program on my desktop, will I lose all my projects that I haven't been able to export?

Any updates on this problem? I purchased Adobe Rush because, until now, I have loved adobe products but this appears to be a big problem for many users.I myself have tried all of the solutions found in the various threads about the issue and still have had 0 success. Sometimes I get prompted to send an error report, sometimes Windows would crash, sometimes the app just closes.

friends, you have to uninstall and install the old version, it seems that the new one has a problem. I did that and it worked for me.

It helps, when I export my video the audio is out of date and the images in other times. I have installed the program several times and always the same error. Do something please!

I'm getting the same error! I had no problems exporting a week or so ago. But I'm getting the same export error as everyone else. Please fix! I'm on a deadline.

Same problem. Clearly they have not solved the issue as it’s now 29th May!
Rather than keep asking so many users to upload their logs. Surely you must have gathered enough data by now to solve the issue??
It’s been an absolute nightmare, took ages to edit and now the video me and my son have made cannot be exported. He’s devastated. -

I completed a project, exported and when it was done it failed to save to my files. Since then I am unable to access my project and got the attached error message. I’m on a deadline!

I can't seem to open my projects from Adobe Rush on my desktop. Every time the app opens the thumbnail doesn't even show the regular RU (rush). It doesn't show my projects or anything at all whenever I open the app. I tried installing the earlier versions before the update but none seem to work. need help!

Question! If I install previous version, will all unexported projects be deleted?
-
Nick Palumbo commented
OK! HERE IS A FIX! JUST INSTALL THE PREVIOUS VERSION!
How to install previous versions of your Creative Cloud apps
Follow these steps to install previous versions of your Creative Cloud apps:
Open the Creative Cloud desktop app. (Click the icon in your Windows taskbar or the macOS menu bar.)
Scroll down to the app you want to install and click the three-dots icon below it.
In the drop-down list, click Other Versions.
I Just did this and all is working fine! Just wait for a newer version before leaving the one that works! Have a great memorial day!
