I guess I'm gonna have to add my name to this long list of unhappy rush users… I don't understand why Adobe doesn't address this… What good is the program if I can't export it…i Have these wonderful films but can't freaking use them… it worked fine for a long time and I got used to the program and I love it and it helps my business and now it's a piece of **** and I'm very upset… As are a lot of people I guess...what to do... what to do...

I also have issues with Creative Cloud as well… I can make a film on my phone, and sync it with Creative Cloud… And even two days later I can't get the same files on my laptop… So working between two platforms just doesn't work anymore… I think they've forgotten about rush and they're onto something new

It won't export only on YouTube for me. It has been very glitch from the beginning but always exported after waiting several hours. Now it won't export to YouTube at all. I can export to fb and tiktok but can't get my finished video to YouTube where I really need it to be. This is very frustrating and customer service is a joke.

I am working on videos and can't export ANY of them. So much time spent and I can't finish them! Working on a fine PC built for graphic design. I produce videos with it weekly. This issue started a month or so ago for me and it's Bad and getting worse each day. Why isn't Adobe helping it's customers with this?? It seems like many of us are having issues. Need to get my work done and cant! Please help! Please!

I can't export anything that exceeds 10 minutes. This is really frustrating.
It'll "successfully export" but the video just freezes at the ten minute mark.

I can't export the product I just spent two days producing. It get to the same spot every time and freezes, then I get the error message that locks the whole program. I have tried restarting, locking the titles, disabling video graphics card-every suggestion I found here. Please help!

This thing is terrible! The video just WONT export, on my phone it just says there was an "error" and crashes, on my laptop (which works perfectly with premiere pro with windows 10), will just "start exporting" and the whole thing gets stuck, had to reboot the laptop to "close" rush (not even able to shut it down with program manager!) Why is this even sold !?

I have the same problem only than with my laptop. With windows 10. I even downgraded my rush application but that doesn't help either. after exporting, the whole program crashes and I can't exit any more, so I have to forse my laptop to shut down. I don't think this is well for the performance of my laptop. .

Honestly, I'm not getting my monies worth at this point.
I cant export videos from my phone so I switched over to my laptop only to find that my cloud isn't properly syncing.
I checked my WIFI and settings and have listened to the community for help. It seems Adobe needs to step up and rectify this. It's a very disingenuous service as it stands now

Same issue. It’s never worked. Using latest version on iPad. Video was recorded on iPhone X. Pulled into Rush to iPad from photo stream. Audio separated. Cross fade transitions. Will now have to rebuild in premiere. 😢

I finally mamaged to get one of the Adobe techies to have a look the problem online. In my case the problem truned out to be a compatibility problem in RUSH with the NVIDIA drivers. There is still no solution but this work-around allowed me FINALLY to export the project. Before exporting disable the NVIDIA drivers in Device Manager and then go back to RUSH and export/share your project. In my case it worked without errors. The you have to go back and enable teh drivers agin to carry on with your work. I have been told that someone is "looking at the problem" - which does not help much if you're stuck.
