Wish I'd seen this thread before spending all day on a 10 min video which I need by 5pm and can't export....
MESSAGE TO EVERY USER. ADOBE DONT GIVE A SH1T. NO ANSWERS, NO REPLY, NO FIXES. I'm now using Power Director and it ****** all over rush anyhow. £20 a year AND you can actually export videos!

Same issue. Windows 10, latest version. 15 min video, render gets to 100% then just sits. Never finishes. This app is pretty useless.

I need to get my video online but continuous crashing, won't render. I've read nearly all post son tricks to solve this (delete cache, change preference settings, optimise clips, re-install, reset all preferences, changed output settings, cleared everything from my brand new thinkpad T14 i7). This is really bad Adobe - any ideas please post as I just need to get this video out and cannot rerecord it.

Also spent hours trying to export. Nothing works....

Can't even begin to start working on my video as the clips wont even play - this may be a blessing since I was trying out the free trial version. Just a garbage program - expected more from Adobe :(

Using the mobile app videos just hang whilst exporting. Open it up on a desktop "move ALL assets over, what a ball ache" and it exports. Not s very MOBILE app like it's claimed to be. I had such high hope for this.
What is going on Adobe?! I have sent numerous bug reports about this. No reply! Loads of people having the same issue AND nadda, nothing?! You couldn't give a monkies

I hope you guys find success so far.
The tool exported great for me on all of my channels and local export. Please make sure your computer has enough memories to process the video files for you in HD. Once I clicked on SHARE, the tool gives me the option to share local onto my hard drive. I just give the project a name, Choose a folder that I want the file to be saved, and hit the EXPORT button on the far right corner. I am not sure if that will help but it works for me.
It just crashed a few time. I close the program and wait for a few minutes 5 to 10 minutes and open the program again.
Keep on trying cause this is a game-changer for my business

I guess I'm gonna have to add my name to this long list of unhappy rush users… I don't understand why Adobe doesn't address this… What good is the program if I can't export it…i Have these wonderful films but can't freaking use them… it worked fine for a long time and I got used to the program and I love it and it helps my business and now it's a piece of **** and I'm very upset… As are a lot of people I guess...what to do... what to do...

I also have issues with Creative Cloud as well… I can make a film on my phone, and sync it with Creative Cloud… And even two days later I can't get the same files on my laptop… So working between two platforms just doesn't work anymore… I think they've forgotten about rush and they're onto something new

It won't export only on YouTube for me. It has been very glitch from the beginning but always exported after waiting several hours. Now it won't export to YouTube at all. I can export to fb and tiktok but can't get my finished video to YouTube where I really need it to be. This is very frustrating and customer service is a joke.
