Please do something to address the red screen and exclamtion mark
I'm so frustrated with you guys and Adobe Rush with the Red Screen and exclamation mark - very disappointed - probably going to cancel the service - why can't you guys address this issue?
Sorry, you’re running into this issue. The red screen and exclamation mark means that your media is not connected (offline) and needs to be linked.
On Windows, you can right-click on your clips in the timeline and choose “Find and Connect” this will allow you to navigate to where your clips are and connect them. If you have any trouble with this, please get back to us here http://adobe.ly/rushbug, and we can troubleshoot further.

I'm not seeing how this "fix" works. When I click on "Find and Connect" it opens file explorer and asks me to select a file. What file? The files are located on the cloud server, not my computer! There is something up top that says "Link media to" and then some random file location that I can't find on my computer when I search for it.

Having the same issue. I make short videos from a cheap usb recording device. The usb plugs into my phone where I then edit on the Rush app. It worked just fine before. But now that I have a laptop, none of the videos are playable despite being connected to the same account I used on my phone. I don't exactly find that being convenient to plug in my usb to two devices since one device is exclusively used for work, and I'd hate to risk plugging any unnecessary devices in

same frustration here. the whole point of getting RUSH is so that we can video on the mobile and edit on desktop (hopefully with seamless syncing,) But now that it doesn't sync meaning we'll have to edit everything on Mob and unable to export video as a local file. -That's such a pain
