Reporting a bug and cannot find the page.
I have an iPhone XR and the app just crashes. Every minute and a half. It’s frustrating because I was so excited to find a decent video editor. I reloaded I have been paying for an adobe subscription for months and have been seriously disappointed with each of my mobile encounters. It’s been a waste of my money especially because I was over zealous and the layout of this video editor was awesome, so I deleted my previous mobile editor’s and I’m regretting it. Also, I cannot find the report a bug section but it seems like there is one separate from this “ideas” forum? This is Not as user friendly as it seemed. Honestly this entire adobe premier and rush subscription have been a Huge waste of my time. Because both the photoshop app and premier just crash.
I have the same problem, but started having 2 or 3 minutes before every cut and now I cannot even see the project and I was trying to report the malfunctioning and cannot find where to do it
Sorry for the trouble Alyk. I'll provide a link to a bug form below. The app should not be crashing and definitely not as often as you say. Would you mind giving us a bit more information so we can understand why you are seeing this issue?
It should only take you a couple of minutes.
The one other thing that would be helpful to get from you that is not listed in the questionnaire is the logs from your device. Those are located under the Preferences menu.
