Rush crashes during export on iOS
I just spent an hour editing a video for a potential employer and now rush crashes every time I attempt to export it. Looks like I’ll have to redo it with i movie. Very disappointed...

I have got the same problem here, it keeps crashing during export on IPad. I have spent a whole week to edit wedding video for my friend. Please advise how can it be resolved. I am paying monthly subscription.

I’ve been able to export videos onto my iPad but this recent video just keeps crashing out the app during rendering. Won’t render on my iPhone 8 either. I subscribed for the monthly fee hoping it would work but still won’t. When I subscribed, the codec to play video DL’d onto my desktop (windows 10) but the clips are so messed up it isn’t watchable. The clips start playing from the beginning every time I made a cut within the clip. Though the audio keeps playing as normal. It renders just fine on desktop- it’s just very screwed up.
Back to the iPad- I’ve found that if I hide titles the video will render first try, but I can’t have my video be without titles- they are an inseparable part of the story! Pleeeeease fix this, I really want to rely on Adobe, especially when I put 30+ hours into each edit. Thank you!

I just an spent hour editing a video in adobe rush, thinking this was so convenient. Come to find out every time I try to export it crashes!! Come on guys, you really have to fix this issue. I even upgraded to the $10/mo subscription just so I wouldn’t be limited in exports. I don’t want to cancel, but if you guys can’t fix the bug, then I have no choice but to explore other options. I simply don’t have time to be fooling around with an app that’s going to unreliable.

Any way to resolve the crashing issue while importing the media files in iphone, i did not paid for the app for this issue. I cannot use the app now, and worst after i reinstall my video got deleted, very disappointing. Please solve the issue, thanks

On my iPhone 11 pro I imported 80 clips and edited for more than 2.5h.
I went to the overview to change the name before exporting. After changing the name, it is not possible anymore to open the movie :( even on my desktop premiere version. Very disappointing, i like the apps intuitivity totally. Any chance to reopen the movie?

I cannot believe this bug has been mentioned here for more than a year and doesn't appear to be resolved. I just filled out the Adobe form below with my specifics, but cannot seem to be able to export or post my finished video. So frustrating!

I also have the same issue, Rush crashes everytime the export progress bar reaches almost 100%, so frustrating.. I have uninstalled it then re-install it again but still found the same issue. I'm using GNote 10 and only exporting 1080p 80mb video file.

My Rush hasnt worked in over a month. It just shows the loading sign, and I have updated it and tried going back to an old version.
Sorry Rush is crashing on export. Would you mind giving us a bit more information so we can understand why you are seeing this issue?
It should only take you a couple of minutes.

What’s more, the project does not appear in the Adobe cloud and there’s no way to transfer project files. My many hours of work are literally trapped in this misleading, malfunctioning app
Fully updated app. Fully updated iOS. iPhone 8.
Clips are mostly hd720. Nothing 4K. Video is less than 3 minutes in total. Exporting reaches about 1/3 completion and crashes every time. No error messages.
Other bugs include several fonts not working.
PLEASE HELP ASAP I’ve been working on this video for ages and I need to send it off.
Same issue- Exporting from MacBook Pro to Dropbox. Approx. 10min video and plenty of storage space.

It is pointless to pay for the app and then I cannot do anything with the video I spent gobs of time on.
I used up all of my free uploads but none of them worked can I please have three back and make the file actually upload this time?

I’m also having this problem too, i’m using ipad pro ios 12 and my vid just 50 second long. I’ve try 5 times to export the video and its crashes all the time.
So I finally got to export the video from my iPad Pro. Even though I get warnings that there is media missing I can’t see any difference also the estimated size is larger, 2GB, without doing any changes except removing the music. I exported it to YouTube and everything went smooth but it took about 20 min for a 4:27 min clip but it’s 4K, need to confirm that on YouTube but it takes a while before you can get the native resolution after an export. I’m not really sure what’s going on here but maybe the app isn’t adapted enough to perform well on iPhone X and XS? I’ve seen this with other video editing apps. The iPhone gets really hot whereas the iPad doesn’t so I’d guess it needs tweaking. Hope to get some feedback on this soon!
