You can’t paste text into a graphic template, makes it really annoying when I have to type out a definition that I could just copy and paste

I’m using an iPad and would definitely like it to be easier to copy-paste text! Attached is my use case - Rush on the left and my script on the right. Previously, I would use my Bluetooth keyboard to copy-paste my captions. Command-C and command-V. Help me do this again please!

I use a set of custom text templates to caption videos, often on my phone. In the video preview, the text is too small, has poor resolution when pre-rendered, and the text cursor often obscures letters or spaces, making it difficult to tell where I am in the word and whether I've successfully made the edit I want to make. It also doesn't update position until I start typing so if I want to move it I basically have to guess.
This all seems pretty obviously like inherent limitations to editing text that is simultaneously a graphic. But why is there no option to open up a plain text box that corresponds to the graphic, & add or edit the copy there? Styles could still be handled by selecting within the graphic (although I also desperately want character styles) but even if every time I edited in the plain-text box it overwrote exceptions to the default style for that text box, it would still be overwhelmingly easier than trying to edit the copy on the inch-wide section of screen the text often occupies in the preview.

Hi Ozcan,
Copy/Paste from Word to Rush is supported for titles. I'm doing it successfully right now. Can you confirm that Copy and Paste works from Word to other applications?
If Copy/Paste works from Word to other applications, can you please reach out to our support team at one of the options below?

Thanks for your feedback Luis. We're aware of this on Android. I'll merge your request to an existing one.
Thanks again!

I want to be able to copy text from another app (web browser or note) and paste it into a title.
This works on Windows, Mac and iOS. Please add support for Android.

It's ridiculous to not having a functional way to add text vía copy-paste.
