Please give is access to upload / sync status on the mobile app
As a user I would like visual feedback as to where my sync process is at progress-wise to Adobe CC
Reinstalling, clearing data, and logging back in yields the same exact behavior.
I do not see a "blue circular ring in the top right of the app" on the start screen or project screen.
I've reinstalled Rush on android and am getting the same behavior. Android says the app is only using ~500 MB of storage, which makes it look like it isn't even trying to download the video.
I'm really surprised this is still an issue, since this was reported 8 months ago.
I uploaded a 4 GB video last night on my desktop computer, and the video still hasn't synced on my mobile. (android) They were both on the same network connection all night.
When I load the project, I don't see an indicator of download progress anywhere. I do see a video in the timeline, but the thumbnails are missing and when I try to play the video and audio is missing as well.
So, now I'm really confused because I'm not sure if the video downloaded and there's an issue, if the video is downloading and slow, or if the video hasn't downloaded. I'm a paying member and I have been unable to use the mobile app, which was a major selling point and now I'm seriously considering other video editing options.
We want to improve the visuals for sync status in the future but there is sync status in place in the current version of Rush (1.0.3). When a clip is uploading or downloading there is a blue circular ring in the top right of the app. If you tap on it, a window will pop up and provide you additional info.
Hope this helps!
