Add additional video tracks
Please add the ability to add additional video tracks. I layer lots of footage and need to be able to use more than 4 video tracks.

Please add more video layers. 4 is too little. 6 would be ideal. Thanks!

Yes please! I've got to take a 9:16 clip out of the timeline and add a background, then put it back in, as all the layers are taken - instead of just being able to add the background in rush :(

more layers please. After adding a video title and two titles for the speakers, I cannot add another layer to change the background colour.

Is there any word on this? 4 tracks is not nearly enough. Why limit tracks anyway!!

I found out I can actually create a lyric video. I'm would love to have more tracts that would enable me to add more transitions of text.

Please add the possibility to add more video tracks! To modern video standards, 4 it's so limiting! Looks like a beta sw, shouldn't be paid for all these limitations

Once upon a time on a machine called the Tascam Portastudio, there were only 4 physical tracks. In order to get around this, music producers would "bounce" up to 3 tracks down to 1 track, opening up their available tracks.
Here, in Premiere Rush(ed to production), we can get around this strange artificial limitation imposed upon us by Adobe, by "share"ing our up to 4 track video output to our local disk (which is really a SAVE or EXPORT operation, not a SHARE, wtf Adobe?!)
We can then import this "share"d video back into Rush as 1 track, allowing us to put more graphics on top. You'll have to be more careful with your layers and maybe even plan it on paper first, just like roaring 1980's of music production, but hey, it's Rush. If you wanted to do this the long way you'd use Premiere (without all the social presets), right?
Maybe a little sardonic with this post, but I can't believe that Adobe thinks that streamlined functionality == arbitrary and artificial limitations. WHYYYY
I need a working editor that has all the presets and graphics for social. Don't make it hard for me to create text overlays, add my own music, or even just have more than 4 layers. We're not stupid about editing, we just want it to be fast for social. They are different ends. You users are not dummies, Adobe.

PLEASE add more video tracks for those of us working on ipads who don’t have the option of using Premiere Pro!
