Using the mobile app, my audio is out of sync using videos I recorded from my phone. Impossible to edit like this.

I'm having the same issue as I just imported some live action to splice with some information content for my business. Audio lag about 2 seconds.
Has anyone come up with a workaround?
Thanks!

I have just started having this problem. I shoot video on a Panasonic AG HMC 150 video camera, AVCHD format. The file that is brought in to Adobe is .MTS. I had never had an issue importing this file directly until I upgraded to Mac OS Catalina and started using Premiere Pro v 14.0. I read several forums that said to convert the MTS file to MOV via Adobe encoder. Which I tried. Audio seems okay, but as soon as you delete a clip from the timeline, all of the audio becomes out of sync. The clips play perfectly fine in assembly, but not on the timeline. I also read a forum that said to delete the .xml files that Adobe creates in your folder (which should never happen) and reboot. My original folder created in the camera, which I copied to my desktop has also been altered by Adobe. It no longer shows the BDMV folder, or the folders within that folder, clipinf, playlist or stream. I can't even figure out where Adobe put those .xml files to delete.
I am beyond frustrated as I can no longer edit anything on my macbook pro in Adobe. I might as well go bay to Final cut.

I'm having the same problem on my IPad. First few videos around 5 min or less were fine, tried two longer ones and it's off both times. I filled out the form but just in case I'm on an Ipad 5th gen with 12.4 software installed. I was recording in 1080 12mbs 60fps.

I've seen this happen when a clip is scaled: the audio gets out of sync, then then magically, after some period of time, the issue is self-corrected. I captured it with a Quicktime screen recording, but afterwards of course it had no audio. *FACEPALM*

Yes. I've had the same problem. I exported my 90 second video a couple weeks ago. Looked great. Then when back to Rush to make some edits yesterday and the audio is out of sync. It seems to be approximately 20 seconds behind. Very frustrating. I basically will have to start over and edit in Premiere Pro instead.
