I can't import PNG files, Rush only identifies video files
Windows 10, 16 Gb RAM, 1Tb hard drive.
I imported PNG files yesterday, but today the media browser can only find video files on my hard drive. I haven't changed any settings.
Also, sometimes when I select the C: drive, the media browser won't scroll. Is this a common issue, and how do I fix it, I need to import still images.
Can you tell me what device/computer you are using? Providing a screen recording or at least a screenshot showing the issue would be very helpful.

I had this same problem. I made sure all media files was selected but that did not fix my problem.
Did you happen to change the filter setting in your Media Browser? Can you please try going to the bottom left of the Media Browser, click on the second button to the right edge of the screen. Make sure all media types is selected.
If that doesn't work please let me know.
