my project won't open either. It doesn't even give me an error message. I have uninstalled, reinstalled the app and all that and I still can't open it.

I also am having this problem at the moment. Been working on a small project for about an hour with my oldest son and the program, froze. On relaunch, the project is “unable to open”. Very frustrating. Thoughts?????

Any update on this? Had just about wrapped up a commissioned project and now the project won’t open in Rush. Sync is on, but it’s not appearing anywhere in my cloud files on the currrent device or any other devices. Pretty at a loss here, and not really wanting to start this project over from scratch. Thanks in advance

I was facing the same error "unable to open project"
I have found a work around and now app is working fine.
Create new project, dont load video or anything instead click on camera and shoot something for few seconds and then allow it to open in video editor.
Once it is opened in editor, just go back amd everything is normal now.

I’m also having the same problem. The app crashed while editing (as it regularity does, but that’s another problem...) and when I went to reopen the project, I received the same “Unable to Open Project” error message. Editing with an iPhone X, iOS 13.3.1, using Rush 1.5.2. I’ve restarted the app, deleted/re-installed it, restarted the phone, synced to cloud, all to no avail.

I am having same problem. I spent a week learning the editing and yesterday the app shuts down as I am working and since then : 1. I get the message Rush- unable to open project..
2. The edits I made on my project prior to the app shutdown did not save.
3. I have logged out of all, deleted and then downloaded the app again, tried to access on my iPad (no success). There is also plenty of space in the creative cloud and on my iphone.
4. I have spent a lot of time and energy to utilize this app and I like the features but it is all useless if I can’t trust that I can access my projects.
5. Please help. I am using an IPhone 8 Plus and just updated to the 13.23 and it wasn’t working on the previous version either. I have outgrown my iPhone editing app and need a platform I can count on now. -

After working a couple of hours on my iPhone 8+, I closed the app, opened it on my iPad Pro, and tried to open the project but received an error message instead. "Unable to open project."
I can still open it on my iPhone.
