I don't see my project. It's empty
I've edited some clips to a whole video and exported it for Instagram. So far, so good. Two problems. When I changed the file destination of the export it wasn't 'saved' so it kept saving to the original location. This could be a bug, but the bigger problem is that after returning to the project after closing the program, the project is empty (see attachment) and I can't edit the project anymore. I waited a long period so it has nothing to do with internet or the connection.
I had this happen once already and I've only been using Rush a few weeks. I did have a backup file, but I have no clue how to get Rush to recognize it.
Thanks for the response. Someone should be reaching out to you directly if they haven't already.
I set Rush to save my video to D:/myvideo but the software, on my desktop, saved to c:/user1 instead. Then I set it to D:/ again and second video saved to c:/user1 again? Clip destination is not saved and is changed when I export.

I have one project synced and one project unsynced. Where can I find the directory where both projects are stored?
I can reproduce the problems. If I open the unsynced project it shows an empty screen where I can click 'File -> New', but the project itself isn't shown.
When I click the synced project it takes about 60 seceonds before it shows anything. Sometimes there are some clips, somethimes the clips are red with a ! in it, but never the whole produced project I finished earlier.
And it frequently stops/crashes.
I checked the requirements needed for the program to run and they're all met.
I loved making the projects and if it would work flawlessly I would probably buy it (I have the test-version with 3 exports), but how it iperforms now, I'm not bying the program.
Are other users experiencing the same problems?
I also would expect the previous destination you selected to be remembered. I'd like to get the added to the app. If you'd like, you can make a sperate feature request from this so that others can vote for it as well.
For the missing media issue. I have a few questions.
1. Can you reproduce this issue? Always? Sometimes?
2. Was this a synced project?
3. Have you tried to sign out and back into the Create Cloud desktop app?
Sorry for the hassle here. Hope we solve this.
