Add ability to adjust audio level at specific areas

Adjust audio levels to give clips more life and a natural feel

A simple line along the audio track that can be clicked to add points and dragged to adjust level is by far the best solution! iMovie/Final Cut has had this forever. It’s a simpler solution than key frames and FAR better than just dropping a transition on the ends of the clip.

Some kind of key framing or way to smoothly adjust audio volume on music/alt tracks.

I’m trying to fade the audio up and down so the ability to keyframe would be handy.

It would be nice to have manual control over audio duck at any point in time on the timeline.

Sometimes music starts off at the right level and crescendos into something way too loud for background music. At the moment it seems you have to cut and trim to get the audio at proper volumes and it’s very tedious. If the timeline had the option where you drag the line up and down (directly on the audio track) to change the volume and create points to rise and fall without ever having to cut the track, that would make a huge difference in proficiency.

Allow us to raise or lower the video volume. Currently we can only mute the volume.

I can not believe how minimal this editor actually is. I know it's trying to be entry-level friendly, but don't forget that Creative Cloud is used by professionals and many of use like to be mobile. Editing audio, from keyframes (intro audio fade-in, fade-out, fixes, mixing) to syncing, are basic features. Do what Lightroom CC did to Lightroom Classic and make Premiere Rush the mobile/cloud based version of Premiere, not a child's toy.

Please add audio volume keyframes. So we can turn up/down gradually to mix it with another audio.

Petergaraway- if I may respond to your question:
What would be really good would be the ability to add ‘keyframes’ at any point on any audio track. Each key frame could have its own volume level setting and the level would change linearly between key frames.
One of your competitors, KineMaster, does this very well with its Audio Envelope functionality.
Thanks.

I agree that it is crucial to have the ability to fade music tracks in and out on mobile devices and to fade music under voice over. Most of the features I have seen so far do not make Premiere Rush stand out from other applications

Fading in and out of music is really necessary!

Obviously this would be awesome, but I wonder if that's within the scope of what they're doing with Rush..

Audio cross-fades are a must.
Also the ability to key frame audio levels so I can manually mix music and FX etc.

I think this means providing the ability fade the sound at different locations.

Hi Tobias,
Thanks for writing. Can you please provide in more detail of exactly what you're trying to achieve here and how we can help you achieve it? I have an idea of what you're wanting but I want to make sure it's perfectly clear.
Thanks!

I love what you guys are doing here, but we really need Keyframes and the ability to edit audio with our own fades. There are times that auto ducking isn't going to do what I want.
I also would like a few more transition options, but I am sure those are coming. Keep up the good work!
