The ability to record the screen and microphone should be available at this point. There are thousands of us looking to create gameplay reels, software tutorials, and art demos. Consider that your competitor Filmora offers this in a simple, intuitive way.

Please add the ability to record screen capture on your computer. Our university has Adobe Creative Cloud campus-wide it would be a great addition to our supported tools. We also have Camtasia for our campus user license based on need-only-limited licenses. Microsoft Stream has a 15-minute recording limitation. Please Adobe add the ability to record on your computer to Premiere Rush. It makes no sense to record on your phone only. Tutorials and class meetings are being recorded by other tools such as Echo360 Lecture capture, Teams > Meet Now, Zoom, Camtasia, and MS Stream for shorter videos. I also don't understand why Captivate is not included in Creative Cloud.

Please add one. There was also audacity and you came up with Audition. The fact that there is free alternatives is a weak argument. Following this argument, neither of Adobes products would be existing...
It should be their claim to offer integrated end to end video creator solution and workflow.
A recording software in CC would be integrated with cloud and would be part of a seamless workflow end to end also helping those, not being working with camera footage...

Not just PC/Mac but all devices. This would be super useful in the education context.

There are free screen recording methods on PC, Apple, and Android devices. Bundling it in with an editing software is pretty pointless, since there are really good ways to record the screen that are built for the device. Adding it to something as universal as Rush would cause bugs for different platforms than what the screen recording feature was initially build for.
This would be the perfect app for the faculty at both universities I work for if it had a screen recorder.

Oh man do you need this in the Creative Cloud apps. Or just include Captivate in the CC line.
Very helpful for PC users...
As an Adobe Solution to products like Tech Smith's Camtasia, incorporate into RUSH the ability to record your Screen UI and Audio for the purpose of tutorials and instructional video, etc. Having the ability to capture a quick tutorial and immediately post it to Social channels. I know there are work around's for this by capturing with other means and importing into RUSH and Premiere, but would like it to handle all aspects within Adobe video products.
