Adobe Rush not loading on 2017 laptop
Whenever I try to open Rush, it just hangs indefinitely. I have sat through 20 minutes of loading, hoping that something would change and it never loaded.
After crashing, it kicks me out to the Adobe CC Login.

I am having the same issue. On a 2019 MSI GS65. I just get the screen attached. I have tried what petergaraway said as well.
This didn't fix the issue.
Sorry, you running into this issue. Can you try the following
1. Quit Rush
2. Sign out of the Creative Cloud app
3. Sign back into the Creative Cloud app
4. Relaunch Rush
Does this resolve the issue?
