Audio is deleted when rendered
When you render your video, imported audio is muted. I’ve rendered my video three times (using up all of my free exports), and every time the audio of music and sound effects I imported didn’t work. I’m using an iPhone.

Was this issue ever fixed? I just exported my first video and it did not have audio

I just discovered I have this problem too, running Premier Rush on an iMac with OSX 10.15.7.
Have any solutions been found for this issue?

I'm having this same issue in 2021 on my desktop. It just seems by chance that I will get a file in rush that will render with sound.

I've had the same problem. Adobe were notified of this back in January and appear to have done nothing about it. One expects better.

I'm having the same issue.
Recording made with an iphone 7 one section is muted. The other is with sound recorded using a remote microphone attached to the iphone. The audio plays fine while editiing in Rush, but once rendered and sent to the camera roll, all sound is lost.. -

I’m having the same issue. It renders black video and no audio only on the audio clips. This makes the program useless for editing my vlogs.

Having this same problem. I’m using audio from a video that I have in the primary video 1 line. I don’t want the video so I’ve disabled the video using the eye icon and also tried lowering opacity to 0% - tried several combinations of settings but nothing. The video that the audio is from is not the same format as the other clips.

Following up Celeste and Marshall. A few questions and suggestion.
First, if your soundtracks are silent, you can sync your project to Rush desktop and export from there. That's a workaround for now.
Additional info would be helpful:
1. What device and iOS do you have?
2. Where is your audio from? (Downloaded from iTunes? Creative Cloud, Dropbox? Synced from iCloud?
3. How many layers of soundtracks do you have?If you can please include a screengrab of your project or recording of you reproducing this issue that would be super helpful!
Thanks again,
Peter

I have had the same issue most of the times I have rendered. I export and have lost music which was the included music from Rush, voice tracks, and audio from video clips. There is no rhyme or reason. It’s frustrating because I lost so much time rerenderingy projects just trying to get one good export. I will render a new project and record the process with my iPhone and post that for you Adobe engineers.

Hi Celeste and other voters,
Sorry for the long delay in responding. I'm sorry you ran into this issue. Let me know if you would be willing to try Rush again. If anyone is experiencing this issue we would like to get as much detail as possible so we can attempt to reproduce this issue internally and get it fixed.
Thanks in advance,
PG
