Hi Anon, can you please break this list of feature requests into individual requests? Otherwise, they probably won't be considered.
For transitions, you may just want to upvote here: https://adobe-video.uservoice.com/forums/916423-premiere-rush/suggestions/35743891-more-transitions
Then, create a new one for sound effects. Now that is a good request.
