Give PC/Mac users options for mobile proxys.
With the upload limit of 5gb please give us the possibility to render the mobile proxys with a very low bitrate so we can use th creative cloud with big video files at all.

Also low bitrates would allow me to work with 1080p30 projects on my iPad Pro without playback stutters. Let me destroy my bitrate for mobile editing!

Thanks for the request. Nice idea! We're also hoping to provide a higher upload limit in future releases. As you know, iOS supports 5GB upload. Desktop supports 20GB.
