Speed ramp / time remap
I’d love to be able to speed ramp or use time remapping. No mobile video tool I’ve found can do this and it would make Drone videos/timelapses so much easier to do on the fly.
Hi All! I’m excited to let you know that Speed features are now in Rush! You can slow down or speed up footage, and add adjustable ramps to video and audio clips. Check out the latest update to try it for yourself or read this blog post to learn more: adobe.ly/rushspeed
We look forward to seeing what you create in Rush with these new features.

Upvote this one. It already has a lot of traction: https://adobe-video.uservoice.com/forums/916423-premiere-rush/suggestions/35728387-speed-ramp-time-remap
i am a artist and need to make my videos slower
I’m a digital artist and I really need this feature to do shorter timelapse videos on mobile! Please include this feature soon.

Add speed up and slow down functions for editing on the go to give a little more power. And slow zoom function.
This needs to be done to make this useable, almost every video people make has speed adjustments and it’s turning a great video editing system into a non useable one due to this simple adjustment that you should make
Speed ramp! Slow or acelerate video!

As a user I want the ability to compress or expand a video to shorten it lengthen a video to fit a specific time amount.
Expected outcome: the ability to take a 11:55:00 (11 minute and 15 seconds) video, shrink it to 60 seconds, to have a type of effect where the video appears to be in fast forward (hyperlapse style).
Geez. This seems like it should be a basic feature.
Very happy to hear you're enjoying Rush!
Speed is work in progress! Can't wait to get it to you guys.
Are there specific transitions you'd like to see? In case you're not aware, you can find additional transitions in the Stock panel in the Title Inspector. Open the Title Inspector, select Stock and search for Transitions. There are lots of cool ones there.
What type of Audio control are you looking for?
Adobe rush is an amazing idea I love it need to improve in video speed up and down, more transitions, and audio control.
Thanks for sending in your request. Speed is in the works! We can't wait to get it to your guys. As for audio transitions, you can apply the transitions in Rush to any audio clip. Select the audio clip and tap the selection you want or drag and drop it to the desired edit point.
Hope that helps!
This item should be merged here, as a lot of the response involve speed ramping fast AND slow:
Assuming not all these are double vote would put this around a thousand votes. What else does it take to get a single feature implemented in a reasonable amount of time?
Amen to this! I do calligraphy videos and it's impossible to keep my insta vids to 1 minute each! I'd love to speed up my clips by at least 1000%. I can only 2x in imovie on my phone.
yes i want the ability to speed up my clip
Rush is just about perfect for me to use to edit videos for my Instagram, stories and video posts. Only thing missing is the ability to change speeds, would love to either edit to for slow motion or hyperlapse speeds. Almost there, please add to make this amazing.

I teach patternmaking for apparel in Adobe Illustrator and deliberately work very slowly when I do a take, then speed it up in post. It makes movements smoother and still able to be seen in the shortened duration. I need my videos to have a big payoff for under 5mins and this is the most important one of the many or so ways I go about achieving this. I also cross dissolve between clips, this is the only transition I use actually- I will go from a screen recording to a slide, to a screen recording, to video.
This is basic functionality, like audio gain, hard cut, and cross dissolve.
This feature is available in i-movies! Surprised it’s not in Rush!

Could've been the PERFECT all-in-one tool for me because I really don't use any complicated effects for my projects, but then, the simplest one isn't present here. Most video editors nowadays, whether its advanced or simple like Filmora has this. The ability to change the playback speed of each imported clips. Add this one, and you'll earn a loyal user. :)
