I really need the ability to adjust frame rates of clips. So I can shoot in high frame rate and play back in slow motion. Maybe it’s already available, but I can’t find it.
Hi All! I’m excited to let you know that Speed features are now in Rush! You can slow down or speed up footage, and add adjustable ramps to video and audio clips. Check out the latest update to try it for yourself or read this blog post to learn more: adobe.ly/rushspeed
We look forward to seeing what you create in Rush with these new features.

Please add slowmotion option!
Please add this, plus speed up of video (e.g. time lapse)
Please add this feature, then i will finally be able to delete iMovie

I would also want to change the speed of clips

I also saw the email for the Rush Beta, although I got the email twice, so I suspect that everyone on this list probably got the email. I don't think that guarantee's beta access, it sounds like they will select testers after the surveys.
be able to speed up and slow down video clips!
SLOW MOTION, speed ramping, adding slight stabilisation, Litterally the only things holding this app back, I am more than happy to demo any of this for yous.
I received the email about the beta, and a form to complete by 5/8, but I didn't bother. I've moved on, for what I will do with video I found that Wondershare Filmora 9 and their lifetime one-time fee of $59.99 did everything I needed including speed control. I didn't need their effects, so I didn't need a different price plan. And who knows, Adobe will probably raise the price of Rush in a year or two anyhow.

Has anyone received the beta yet?

This was a deal breaker... alas

This is a deal breaker feature for me and a few clients I was hoping to move onto Rush - why it does not support it and the cheaper entry level Premiere Elements does is ridiculous
Creating the ability to speed up, or slowing down the clips

I loved premiere rush. But because it's lacking in a lot of simple, but crucial features such as slow motion and fast forward. I do not think I can continue my subscription. Thank you adobe. But bye for now.
Looks like I'll have to cancel my subscription because this is a must have feature. I'm really disappointed.

Great update recently, still no speed adjusting, crazy!
why call it Rush without the ability to speed up video.
