I really need the ability to adjust frame rates of clips. So I can shoot in high frame rate and play back in slow motion. Maybe it’s already available, but I can’t find it.
Hi All! I’m excited to let you know that Speed features are now in Rush! You can slow down or speed up footage, and add adjustable ramps to video and audio clips. Check out the latest update to try it for yourself or read this blog post to learn more: adobe.ly/rushspeed
We look forward to seeing what you create in Rush with these new features.

Hi im using samsung tablet s6 but cant see any slow motion edit option
Slow motion would make this app so much better!

I can confirm that it’s live and works but could use improvements with a bug fix release. I’ve even published a video showcasing it and made it with Rush itself.
You can see it at https://youtu.be/wPZdhG6REpA
Please advise when this is out of beta and fully works so we can give our teams an OK to update. This is a much requested feature.
This update means that you are able to slow down or speed up footage- not that you can interpret footage at different frame rates. Slowing down 60 fps footage using this tool just made it choppy. Helpful if you are trying to speed up footage of any frame rate, or speed ramp up, but not change 120 fps or 60 fps to 24 fps or 30 fps, which was the feature I was looking for.

Thanks great, but I've used it and got pretty sloppy video. It was speeding at the wrong parts, and when I turned ramping on, it ended speeding up the ramp part and did nothing to the other areas where the the speed should have changed.

Almost a year later. How has this not been implemented yet?
Please add it! :)

Guys I was shown the beta for this at VidCon and it's exactly what we asked for.
Excited to see the general release.
I also filmed a video of it that you can see here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XD4o90zw3vY

Not only slow motion, but an entire range of speed controls is required. Even youtube's media player can handle speed changes. Seems a bit ridiculous that your poor marketing has encouraged me, and no doubt many others, to download an entire program on a limited internet connection. The program provides less functionality than the default video editor that comes with any smart phone. Deleting this **** and going back to Pro. RIP bandwidth.

yes - this is what I require as I find premiere pro far too complicated. If Rush could play my 120 footage in slow motion and if we could gradually change the volume of a sound clip would make this application 100%.
Id’ like to see the ability to speed ramp, not just slow down. Like in Premiere Pro where you can either choose a speed %, or a total duration for a clip.
up-vote here too... Changing clip speed would rock

Up-Vote!! Let's make soon happen!
how difficult is it to add this feature? a ton of lower-end mickey mouse apps have the ability to change speed from day one.

Ad it quickly...Its have been a year...
Also was looking for a speed function. Please add! It's the only thing making me want to stick with iMovie.
