  1. No longer works after update

    Just updated to new version of Rush, now i can't do anything. Doesn't sync—just hangs on leaving screen; or create new projects, I can't do anything. On Google Pixel 3 XL

  2. Some kind of fading Music in and out

    When you are importing a Sound file it could be great to have a opertunity to fade it in or out - is this already possible?

  5. Add - music clips/back button

    Need to be able to add music not just voice over. Also there is no back button if I make a mistake the video is ruined or it's real hard to manually get it back the way it was. If you can fix these two things if pay for this service.

  6. Fetching issues

    There's a recurring problem with the app. I'm using the paid version for one month but I can't even use the app. It keeps saying it's fetching projects and I can't start a new one. I have repeatedly refreshed it on different days and it still has the same problem.
    I worry that my subscription will run out before this is fixed and I will essentially be paying for another month for just one project I intended to do a week ago

  7. The App has hung, just shows error

    I've signed up for the monthly paid plan for Premium Rush but after making just one video, the app has hung. It shows me an error mode each time I try to make a video. What do I do? And now it's not even visible on Play Store so there is no way to update the software.

  8. doesn't work!!

    can't import media to crate the project. really frustrating! totally useless !
    I use it on my iphone too and although it crushes quite often lt least I can create a project if I'm patient.

  9. Video cannot render

    I am trying to export at 5 min video but every time it is about to finish, it tells me that the video failed to render. I am usually able export longer videos, but it won’t work for this one.

  10. opened video from asset library and entire project was overwritten

    I opened the asset library in Rush and opened a clip, when exiting out of the library the entire project was overwritten.

  12. premiere pro audio tracks

    When opening a Premiere Rush Project in Adobe Premiere Pro all the audio-tracks are flattened to a single track making it impossible to do further adjustments in Premiere Pro or Adobe Audition. It would be nice to keep the different tracks separated.

    Hi Tom,

    Thanks for writing in. Audio tracks are not flattened when opening a Rush project in Premiere Pro although I understand why it appears that way.

    There’s a known issue when opening a Rush project in Premiere Pro where extra audio tracks are created (your audio is placed in A32). To resolve this please follow these steps

    1. Open Rush Project in Premiere Pr
    2. Right-click on the track header
    3. Select “Delete Tracks…” > Select Delete all empty audio tracks

    At this point, you’ll see all of your audio tracks. We hope to improve this experience in a future release. If you have any follow up questions please reach out to us here

  14. Why does the new update not allow me to load images in PNG?

    Why does the new update not allow me to load images in PNG? Before you could load images in PNG format. It was the main reason why I acquired Rush. what can we do? Will it be possible in the next update?

    When I import a music tract to play in the background, Premiere Rush speeds it up and there is no way to slow the tempo down

  18. go back to the old rush. now i cannot save videos to my phone? why is that i don't want to publish to social media.

    let me save to my phone camera roll as i cannot do this anymore. i do not wish to publish to social media.

    Hello all!

    Rush always saves a copy of your video to the Camera Roll/Gallery after rendering.

    Here’s how it works:

    1. Tap on the Share button
    2. Tap Export

    Once the rendering is complete, the rendered file is saved to your Camera Roll/Gallery. We then give you options to publish to multiple social destinations.

  19. Changing FPS in Pro Mode Camera

    It would be awesome to be able to film in 24p, 25p, 30p 60p and higher frame rates for phones that allow slow motion. This would truly set the camera app apart from the rest on the market. Also some kind of way to create a log file 😉

  20. 4K please we are past 1080p quit playing

    Please allow us to export in all file format including 4K we are way past 1080p and if I’m gonna be paying for this app monthly I expect the best experience I love the app it’s easy to use but imagine the disappointment when you’ve finished an entire project and get slapped with 1080p

    Thanks for the added details, Daniel. That is expected behavior. Automatic will match your sequence settings (in this case 4k) if you want to down res to 1080p you have those options in the dropdown menu.

    If there are other settings you want, please create a new request detailing the settings/behavior you’re looking for.
