  1. Support iOS Files

There is no option to add media from the new Files app in iOS. It doesn’t even show up as an option - only Dropbox. Why? Ths is a serious flaw.

Hi Everyone! You asked for it, and we’re going to deliver. Work has begun on support for iOS Files. We cannot provide a specific date, but we’re working hard to get this highly requested feature out as soon as possible. Stay tuned for an update when this feature is available.

    Happy editing!

    From the Rush team

  2. GNARBOX Support

Please support import from GNARBOX to Rush (via wired and wireless connection), I'd want my selections/trims in the Gnarbox app to be preserved.

  5. Allow import from Google Photos

Until Rush is available on Andriod, I want to import media captured on my phone in Rush. It would be nice if there was a CLOUD Location to add media from Google Photos or to keep it in the family, at least from Premiere Pro CC.

Currently I found this workflow to work --

    • Photo and video files are automatically upload to Google Photos

    • Rotate any photo or video files if necessary

    • Put photo and video files into an named album (to find them easily)

    • Use Premiere Clip to add Google Photos (and videos) from an named album into an…

  9. I can't import PNG files, Rush only identifies video files

Windows 10, 16 Gb RAM, 1Tb hard drive.

I imported PNG files yesterday, but today the media browser can only find video files on my hard drive. I haven't changed any settings.
Also, sometimes when I select the C: drive, the media browser won't scroll. Is this a common issue, and how do I fix it, I need to import still images.
    Thanks.

  11. Screen Capture on PC/Mac

As an Adobe Solution to products like Tech Smith's Camtasia, incorporate into RUSH the ability to record your Screen UI and Audio for the purpose of tutorials and instructional video, etc. Having the ability to capture a quick tutorial and immediately post it to Social channels. I know there are work around's for this by capturing with other means and importing into RUSH and Premiere, but would like it to handle all aspects within Adobe video products.

  14. Media Browser List View

So far so good... Rush looks like a nice, simple NLE.

Is there a way for the Media Browser to show in "List" view instead of thumbnail view?

The initial view is this way: it's a "file system" list of all volumes and network locations.

But once you drill down into folders, I can only see folders and files in thumbnail or "icon" mode and not in List View, or something like List View.

    I'm on Mac OS 10.13.6.

    Thanks!
    Matt

  15. The media section needs more view options

Unless im not finding it the viewing media would be good to have a way to do some sort of file organizing simply folders, bins, whatever and a way to display in list form. Most people have tons of clips so organization is key. Doesn't need to be as in depth as premier but just something simple would be find at least to sort and file media.

  16. Allow for import directly from Filmic Pro for iPhone

It would be great to see more flexibility to connect other apps (like filmic pro or the moment app) so clips can be imported directly without having first to upload to a supported service like Dropbox. Off of WiFi, it's impossible to upload clips shot in filmic log, filmic extreme bitrate, 4k resolution to a cloud service. Saving to the camera roll from 3rd party apps compress the files and cause issues with variable frame rate.

  19. Editing directly in external storage

Editing directly in an external storage saves lots of time importing footage. The same for internal disk space. Saving the project in the external storage seems to be a good idea too.
