I want to be able to simply move my finger vertically down on the timeline to split a clip. Same function as the scissors icon but simpler.

One of the useful features of iMovie is the ability to scroll the timeline by moving your finger left or right on the video image. Tapping the image stops playback.

Very useful for choosing a cut point.

I want to be able to stop anywhere on the timeline and have the ability to add media at that point.

Currently if I choose a new shot it adds it at the next cut point or puts it on the end of the timeline. I end up having to then move the clip to where I want it.

It would be much better to have options when adding media such as:

Insert audio / video at playhead

Overwrite audio / video at playhead

Add video on Video Layer 2 / 3 at playhead

Add audio only at playhead

The collorpick icon does not work properly. I have to keep it pressed, and it is hard to be accurate.

Add software acceleration for rendeer (playback) like in Premiere Pro.
The playback shows distortion in green and pink graphic in Premiere Rush. I used to have the same problem with Premiere Pro, but could solve it by choosing software acceleration for rendeer. Please add it to Premiere Rush. I love the product.

The text should stay when we change the style

It would be great to have a shortcut to quickly review the most recent cut – by going back 1 or 2 seconds before the edit and hitting play.

This would drastically speed up editing time, as I wouldn't have to keep clicking a few seconds before the most recent edit to review it.

They only give u 3 free exports and rest u have to pay for, do u know that u make enough money already geez,

When you have multiple layers and their lenght is longer then the visible one, the Premiere Rush will still export the whole thing, and have a black screen with no audio after the visible layer ends.

Premiere Rush CC should respect the Windows 10 placeholder system, and not try to download my 50GB OneDrive cloud picture/video folder when I'm browsing for footage to import.

This seems to occur both when I browse via the Cloud--> OneDrive menu as well as via the local disk/users/[username]/onedrive option.

Just mistakenly tapped on ’delete from device’ on a project. No confirmation meant it happened straight away. As well as being a bit annoying, it seems to have uncovered a bug where some clips used in the project were deleted from my Photos app library! A bit concerning that this can happen. No way to receiver then as far as I can see either. Thankfully have a backup still on the SD card I imported from.

Pretty much the most issued command is simply play.
This needs to be way easier than hitting that small triangle button everytime.
Two finger tap Right on the Timeline or whatever, you get the idea.

When posting to Instagram feed, my video is being cut and missing out the bottom half as I cannot change the resolution to fit the Instagram settings. The only way I can keep the correct resolution size is by sending the video back to premier pro and reformatting the size which defeats the whole point of mobile editing in the first place... I want to be able to shoot, edit and post start to finish on my phone

While editing a 25-minute sequence in Rush I experienced intolerably jittery playback until I decreased the playback quality to Low. Not great as I'm not able to see much detail. With the same sequence loaded in Premiere Pro with the Proxy featured set on, the preview is nice and clear and smooth. Possibly this would help other users with low-end graphics cards like mine (NVIDIA 210 with 2 GB memory).
