  1. My app is the latest version, and I’m on desktop and mobile and my videos and audio still aren’t rendering after the app crashed on me.

    Videos and audio stopped rendering because the app crashed. Someone keeps “solving” these forum posts saying the update fixed it, but I’m on the latest update AND I’ve tried on mobile and desktop. Nothing works. Please help...

  3. Fix render caching on long videos

    When editing long video (1+ hour) after each cut it takes a considerable amount of time to render the video again and cache it to continue editing. Please fix this.

  4. Media is not relinking. The finished project after rendering is stuttering in between and missing some clips. Whats the fix for it in Rush?

    As you can see in this project, the video is missing some parts and glitching too. Please let me know how to fix this problem.

  6. The time codes are a little off when editing cross-platform between my android device (Galaxy S9+) and my Windows devices (PC, Laptop).

    The timecode is different when editing on Android and Windows causing audio and video tracks to be slightly out of sync when you edit cross-platform. The clips on the timeline in android are always slightly longer than the clips in the windows timeline for the exact same sequence. So if I edit to the music beat on my android device, when I switch to my PC, now its off beat.

  8. App should not use "P" key to play, it should use the spacebar.

    Keys should use standard editing mapping, not this custom Adobe mapping (using the "P" key).

    App should be able to scale better when using an external monitor (since editing videos on a tiny screen isn't the best).

  10. Latest update can see Sony A7 MP4s but no audio.

    I can see Sony MP4 files from my a7r3...which is a positive improvement. Unfortunately, there is no audio on the timeline. We're 1/2 way there Adobe...let's finish the job!

  12. App Crashes Constantly

    This app crashes at every point of the creation/production process. From importing media to making edits to exporting. I'm on Windows 10 and I've got the lastest version of the app installed. It's taken me all day to make a 30 second video and now I can't get it exported because it keeps crashing and freezing.

  13. My IT department has installed the driver update no less than 4 times. I still have the corrupted green screen

    My IT department has installed the driver update no less than 4 times. I still have the corrupted green screen. I have 3 work projects that I NEED TO EXPORT. This is so frustrating. I would cancel this service but I have already fully edited all the videos. PLEASE HELP!!

  15. Export issue

    After done my editing work I can't able to export the video. Its shows as You've reached your export limits.Upgrade for unlimited sharing.
    Even though upgrade of the application it shows me as Iu can see in attachment file.

  19. Laggy playback for 4k

    Allow conversion of videos from higher resolutions to lower resolutions for better editing performance. I have noticed that when I try to edit videos that are ultra HD the videos become too laggy to even watch or edit. This is especially a problem to older phones.

  20. Crashing /Shutting down

    Keeps crashing / shutting down, very disappointing considering it’s a good app when working.

    I have reloaded app, updated app and tried everything.
    Using the latest iphone
    Have loads of space and paid the monthly fee thinking that might help even though I still had a free share
