  1. Please create an option to turn off sync. I do not need or want it and it takes soooo long!

    Please just add an option in the settings or preferences to turn off sync. I am unable to use Adobe Rush for minutes at a time on every single boot. Sometimes I just cannot use it for a half hour or longer. Right now I am stuck. It refuses to sync and I do not even want it to sync in the first place.. incredibly frustrating!

  2. I thought my works are stored in the cloud but if late my projects are missing with dark screens when played, instead of the actual video im

    It's also taking time to fetch my projects. It's obviously not synchronizing my projects well.

  3. Why when I upload from filmic pro do my clips get these spots where it gets all pixelated?

    When I throw in my clips they look perfect, 1080 24fps, but the once in premiere rush they get all pixelated. It’s making me really angry, especially paying monthly for the service. Any advice?

  5. That it wouldn’t crash literally (yes I mean it) 300-400 times on a simple clip cut edit on a 10 minute video

    Just make a high quality simple editing tool. I’m paying for this service for goodness sake! I’m using it on an iPad Pro 11 running iOS 13.4.1. This has got to stop. Don’t expect any creative new ideas until the tools you offer actually have some usefulness.

  7. Playback takes a while to load

    It started for me about a week ago, it takes about 5 seconds to playback a segment, and it's like that everytime I try to use the playback feature. It only started about a week ago though, when I first used the app about 2-3 weeks, the playback was great.

  8. Possibly you can get the program to work before publishing it. It opens and just continues to buffer for hours. Re installed several times

    Get some technicians to fix it, seems to be the best idea.
    Good job I have not paid for premiere.
    I have found a temporary fix for the problem ,...….. Uninstalled it again.

  11. On pause, I see Black screen in preview. After render, BLACK video with audio only. WHY??

    Shot 1080pm 60fps on iPhoneX using Moment app. ONLY in Rush does it give me a black screen on pause during edit, and can see video only on play. After rendering, BLACK screen only with audio and only titles. WHY is Rush so aweful? I have 4 apps that can edit this no problem, but not with Rush? Why??

  12. Downloading process indicator

    If some video clip is not uploaded from another device or Cloud, there is no any hint if it is still downloading... On the iPad and iPhone there is.

  13. Constant Crashing

    The crashing in the program makes it pretty much unusable. It’s a really good app flawed by inadequate basics. Literally crashes every other edit and even just through playback. Only using 1080 30fps on iPhone XS. 4K 60fps and I’d half understand but not at 1080. This desperately needs fixing.

  14. Make it so you can see what you are editing when the video is paused.

    This seems rudimentary. I can't just guess at the placement of elements. I need to see what I'm doing when the video is paused.

    I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO JUMP THROUGH A BUNCH OF HOOP JUST TO POST THIS! NOW IM MAD YOU ABSOLUTE ! NO WONDER PEOPLE PIRATE YOUR YOU ****** SUCK.

  15. pink and green video on mac

    I searched around and it looks like for windows users there is a fix for downloading software from Intel. This won't work for me because I am on a Mac. Any solutions for Mac users?

  16. Video not Displaying on Mobile

    Samsung Note 9 - when I open a project on mobile the footage does not play. I am able to see all the clips and hear audio from the project but not see anything. All layers are visible and everything displays fine on desktop version for the same projects

  19. Any clip I upload won’t fill the whole screen and when it does the video doesn’t play making the app unusable.

    It just doesn’t work. What’s said in the title is about it. I upload a clip it stays really small on my screen, or it fits the screen and doesn’t okay just stays on one image.

  20. Performance Lag

    I edit videos on my windows 10 laptop (i7, 16 GB RAM, NVIDIA 960M). The app is slow even while working in 1080 and crashes. Maybe you should have an auto proxy creation while importing high data rate video footage.
