App Crashes Constantly
This app crashes at every point of the creation/production process. From importing media to making edits to exporting. I'm on Windows 10 and I've got the lastest version of the app installed. It's taken me all day to make a 30 second video and now I can't get it exported because it keeps crashing and freezing.

Export issue
After done my editing work I can't able to export the video. Its shows as You've reached your export limits.Upgrade for unlimited sharing.
Even though upgrade of the application it shows me as Iu can see in attachment file.4 votes -
App should not use "P" key to play, it should use the spacebar.
Keys should use standard editing mapping, not this custom Adobe mapping (using the "P" key).
App should be able to scale better when using an external monitor (since editing videos on a tiny screen isn't the best).

Latest update can see Sony A7 MP4s but no audio.
I can see Sony MP4 files from my a7r3...which is a positive improvement. Unfortunately, there is no audio on the timeline. We're 1/2 way there Adobe...let's finish the job!

My IT department has installed the driver update no less than 4 times. I still have the corrupted green screen
My IT department has installed the driver update no less than 4 times. I still have the corrupted green screen. I have 3 work projects that I NEED TO EXPORT. This is so frustrating. I would cancel this service but I have already fully edited all the videos. PLEASE HELP!!

Change Preview quality on iPad
I’ve seen on the desktop version you can change the preview quality so that the device doesn’t have to work as hard to render the footage. This should be an option on iPad and iOS as well. That way people with older devices can edit smoothly without it lagging and stuttering. I’m on an iPad Air 2 and it’s impossible to do any editing because of how bad it is.
Preview quality options should include 100%, 75%, 50%, 25%, and even 10% so you can change the resolution it plays back. Most of the time at a mobile or tablet…7 votes -

Fix the stuttering playback in edit mode
Video playback in editor stutters. Full Premiere is fine with same clips. Even just a plain audio track with stills stutters! I have a 10 core/20 thread 64GB RAM system so it is not a hardware performance issue!

Give us an fps option in the speed slider
Give us an fps option on the speed slider so that i can set things to 24p and not have to do any math.

Laggy playback for 4k
Allow conversion of videos from higher resolutions to lower resolutions for better editing performance. I have noticed that when I try to edit videos that are ultra HD the videos become too laggy to even watch or edit. This is especially a problem to older phones.

Make it Smooth!!
I upload only 2Gb, but it's incredibly laggy and sometimes dark and not working!!! Also should be free least on S10 series!!

Can’t even watch full video I edited.
I am unable to make it two minutes without the app crashing. It’s actually infuriating. I hope to get a response soon. Poor ratings and reviews when I can’t even watch the video I am hardly able to edit. It crashes left and right.

Video Does Not Play On iPhone
Premier Rush works fine on my Mac, but on my iPhone the video does not play. It will play the audio but it will only show one frame and that is it, so it makes editing on my phone completely useless.

Videos trimmed in iOS don’t match audio in Rush
When I import a video that has been trimmed in iOS Photos app into the iOS Rush app, the audio doesn’t seem to match the video any longer.
If I have saved the trimmed clip as a copy, I can import the original and it works fine, but if I saved over the original, the issue is unavoidable.
