  1. editting the same video on an iPad and Macbook Pro

    I often edit the same video on my iPad and Macbook Pro, and then back to my ipad. It would be nice when looking at "Your Projects" in RU, to see a small note next to the file name indicating "sync updated time" . This would let me know if the changes I made on one device have been "synced" and on the other device to see "updated time" stamp".

  2. User experience is appalling. Cannot use on two devices without deactivating and reactivating everytime. Support are bots very poor

    Please provide relevant help when asked.

    I have downloaded Rush on two devices and everytime I go to use it, I have to log on to web and deactivate both machines and then log back in a reactivate the machine I am working on. This should be seamless not time consuming and frustrating.

    Help is a robot for first 30 minutes, even more time consuming and cannot help.

    This is the problem when you have market share, you lose the customer experience.

  4. Option to set proxy sizes

    Would be nice if we can decide what resolution/bitrate/size the generated proxy is gonna be. Sometimes when I'm travelling and when the hotel's wifi speed is not so decent, it is really frustrating to see that the footages can't get synced overnight and I cannot edit with my phone while I'm on the subway/bus/in queue for food.

  7. Audio Issue moving from Mac to iOS

    BUG REPORT:
    When opening a project I started on my Mac on iOS, the audio will either 1) not play, or 2) play with a significant down pitch.

  9. Project created on desktop doesn’t open up on IPAD Pro…

    Please help I created a project on desktop but I am not able to open it up on my I pad .. there is no video to be shown there… it it a lot of hassle but of no use at the end… I have tried reinstalling both creative cloud and premier rush but problem is still there… I don’t know what to do..

  10. Its no longer working on any of my Windows 10 computer.

    I only get a spinning blue on my projects page. I have attempted all trouble shooting ideas on the group. nothing has worked. I don't want to start looking for another program. So frustrated, I was just thinking of adding t he Pro but don't want to be stuck to my Iphone

  12. OnePlus 9 Pro Support

    Please support the OnePlus 9 Pro on Android. Footage plays jerky, looks like the frames aren't played in quite the right order. Same footage edits on the iPad version fine.

  15. I thought it could be synchronized

    I started on phone, just imported videos. Then editing on ipad unttil export. Now I thought it could appears in phone in the same state like it is edited in tablet, but it is not. Why it is not synchronized? It is just 10kb data about where was cuted, where was set faster speed, but the same data, the same footages in both devices. It should synchronize - or if it is like this, where I make mistake? In phone i have it still like in begining. I am on wifi and also cellular I allowed. I have free neverending…

  16. Problems with Adobe Premiere Rush for Samsung

    I've used Adobe Premiere Rush for Samsung for almost a year, but since the end of April, I couldn't use it in my Galaxy S10 or Galaxy Note 10. The app crashes and closes after a few minutes. I've tried to solve this problem with the support but they said that my subscription only gives the benefit of the desktop version, even tough I have proved that I'm allowed to use both version, desktop and mobile, as shown in my Adobe Account Page, and confirmed with Adobe itself.     I want to edit videos like a pro and I found Adobe Premiere Rush to be the best of all. Want to use it please give support for Oneplus Nord as well
